Been here several times and never disappointed. Lovely food and attentive staff. Not cheap but, much better, it's good. Recommended.
Great food, slightly different options and tastes but thoroughly enjoyed it. Great starter of duck sausages which were quite spicy and then had lamb shank bhuna which was lovely. Traditional Indian dessert too. Unusual I’m that it was like a big dining hall with high ceilings but was quirky and the food was great
Firm favorite with us. Traditional food with modern and seasonal updates. The service is exceptional.
As always, the food is utterly amazing. The best in London. Not only Indian the best in London, but the best in London
Made to feel very welcome, great service and food was fantastic.
Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! My second time visiting Cafe Spice Namaste and definitely not the last time. Best Indian food in London and great service.
Restaurant food was very poor and expensive with below average portions. The waiters looked uninterested when asked for recommendations
I have eaten much better Indian food in the provinces.
I come here reasonably often for lunch and dinner on this occasion was no less excellent than usual. Superb service, terrific food (with a creative and ever-rotating seasonal menu) and a lovably quirky atmosphere.
The food tase is lovely and different to normal Indian restaurants we noramaly visit.
Good location and good atmophere. A bit cold but it was a cold day when we were there.
As ever, a great selection of fabulous food, and the restaurant was packed. The dishes could have been a little warmer but it was fine.
The only Indian restaurant we go to since discovering! Quality ingredients; authentic Parsee take on the usual Indian fare; welcoming staff it's food ethics who don't ask but insist we go back! A genuine find; not overly expensive but a real foodie experience (Ostrich Bhuna; Venison or Duck Tikka (or both!) anyone?) that if even you think you 'know' Indian cuisine you really shouldn't miss.
As always, the food was delicious, the service excellent, and the overall experience to be recommended. We’ve been visiting this restaurant for almost 20 years, and we’ve never had a bad meal here.
A bit of a classic although I've not been for many years before this occasion. Interesting cooking with some unusual dishes especially the seasonal game dishes served in an interesting environment. Service is good and efficient, and the food was enjoyed by my party. Flavors are good with food on the whole rich and with good quality ingredients.
Food was amazing a lovely relaxed atmosphere would definitely recommend
Always a pleasure to eat here, it had been 3 years since I was in London but it did not let us down. Great food great service and fantastic host.
We were a party of 6 on a gutsy visit do we de ides yo have the £40 taster menu. We all agreed it read better on paper than tasted in the plate !!!
Well worth a visit, the kitchen Menu was a good option to have a taster of the menu. Just beware of the £5 bottle or water.
Service was a bit slow - especially when waiting for the mains. Food was good but I was a little underwhelmed given some of the glowing reviews. Cocktails to begin with were distinctly average and they still use plastic straws.
Fantastic menu supplemented by seasonal specials. Warm friendly service. Loved it.
Fantastic. Maybe the beat Indian in London.
BRILLIANT whether for lunch or dinner. My visit was lunchtime.
Instantly appealing on the eye, the grade II listed building has a very interesting history and is delightfully decorated.
The menu uses top quality ingredients in putting each dish together. It needs some studying before deciding which of the many appealing dishes to choose.
The taste comes across in a clean and distinct manner.
Service was impeccable, as was the food. The takeaway thalis were a wonderful evening meal, too.
Can’t wait to return.
Best Indian Restaurant in Town !! When in London I always try to have diner at this restaurant. Great flavours, friendly staff and value for money.
The food was served promptly and was fresh and delicious. The staff was very attentive and helpful with choosing from the menu. We enjoyed our meal thoroughly!
Good choice on the chefs menu, great value lovely food good quality and cooked perfectly, very filling so watch out!
Simply sensational Indian cuisine. First class from the poppadoms and throughout.
Great as always - food is above the standard of the typical Indian and suitably interesting.
Friendly service with a good price to match.
Had tasting menu for lunch, very nice food served at a reasonable pace. Restaurant was quiet so good for conversation.
Will definitely visit again.
I make it a point to eat here every time I am in London. Fantastic food and the warmest host you will find.
See you soon. I can’t wait to try recipes fans spices I bought.
Great service, excellent food and a good all round experience. Would recommend highly.
This is possibly the best Indian restaurant I have visited. Food is a unique experience with vibrant spices based on the regional dishes of the owner but with a British seasonal nod. Will definitely be back.
Ok- but expected more. Reasonable price for the city ‘suppose. Odd atmosphere- like dining in a community center
Delicious, authentic Bombay Parsee and Goan food! I took my mom who grew up in Bombay, and we are originally from Goa so we are familiar with the real dishes and flavors. The service was also excellent, the atmosphere comfortable and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you!
Good curry and services! I would like to go back again
I found this restaurant while searching on Opentable. My boyfriend and I loved it! We had the tasting menu and it was amazing. So much food for such great value!
There are several other great Indian restaurants in London that would offer better value and quality. The service was very good and the staff try to give a pleasant experience but the food was just bland and very underwhelming. I would not go back, nor would I recommend it.
The atmosphere and ambiance is still very good at this restaurant as is the service. A big plus is no music if you want to have some good conversation over dinner. However, the food has become somewhat bland. We had the mixed grill which used to comprise of lamb chops and sheek kebabs with a good level of spicing. It now comes like a tasting dish with bite size pieces of meat and fish and very underspiced. So food sadly was disappointing compared to when we last went several years ago.
Can’t have anything but a good meal here with amazing service.
Always well looked after when I come here. Food quality is fantastic and good value.
A very enjoyable evening. My nephew was most impressed to see Cyrus walking around the tables, added to his birthday treat.
