The only thing that I would change is that a number of delivery drivers kept coming in and leaning on our table/putting their bags on the other end. The waiter came to stop one of them but it happened a few times

The staff is very attentive and the lasagna and panesu are delicious!

Delicious food & some lovely Christmas menu offerings too. Nice cocktails but don’t be afraid to minimise the list to keep it all ‘in season’!

I am allergic to gluten and having been to The Canada Water Cafe three times recently feel it's quite disappointing that despite thier menu stating they do, the have not once had a gluten free bread or pasta option. The fact they are next door to a sainsbury local and could easily buy one loaf and freeze it seems to be such a simple fix that would make a huge difference to customers like myself that miss out on so much of the menu due to this.

My friends and I all felt the food was very underseasoned, and no dressing on the salads and generally a bit bland and dry. A bit more salt, but pepper, a bit lemon, a bit olive oil and the good would be great. Again, these are really small things that could be fixed in two minutes but would completely change the taste of the food and make this place the perfect neighbourhood eatery.

Staff are lovely, and but a little bit over run, the restaurant was about 70% full but felt like they needed one more server as it was very difficult to get thier attention. The servers they did have working on the were great though.

Really do love this place, but just wish they put about 20% more effort into the flavour and texture of the food and that they had more GF options.

It’s been nice to have early dinner in Canada Water cafe. Pasta was delicious, salade with chicken was alright too, the wine was just exquisite. Service was excellent.

My issues were the white wine & soft drinks I got weren't cold enough, especially in the recent heatwave, but they were chilled i.e. they hadn't been chilled long enough before serving. I was told the fridges were having trouble coping.........
The king prawns I had were tasty BUT the squid ink tagliolini itself was too bland and the excellent seafood bisque didn't coat the pasta very well.

The affogato was the best dish because it arrived in it's component parts for yourself to pour over the coffee to taste. Great for presentation too!
I've had takeaway coffee & sweet treats so I know they generally do good food plus it's close to home.

It’s a but packed and hard to remain social distancing between tables. Food are amazing as usual but there are less options than it had before. Staff are always nice and friendly.

good family cafe/restaurant - we often go there for a nice easy meal. bread/pasta/pizza is really great. friendly staff.

Lovely pizzas, nice vibe and good value.

Great food at this group of restaurants. Fresh and delicious ingredients. Can be more expensive than others, but with the eat out to help out offer, it was good value. The COVID measures were okay, but felt that we were a bit too near other diners at one point and the staff weren't wearing masks/face shields. Other diners were sat at tables that hadn't been cleaned down before they were shown there.

I am a local in Canada Water area and I go here all the time either for breakfast, lunch or dinner! The prices are reasonable, the food is fantastic and the staff are always friendly and give great customer service. While I enjoyed my visit this time as always, I was very shocked to see that the waiters were not wearing masks due to COVID-19. This should be the minimum that the cafe should do to stop the spread of the virus. I didn't see any wiping down of tables properly either. The management should ensure all employees wear a mask when working as this is a standard practice for all restaurants re-opening in 2020.

Really great service throughout. Tried the tomato and salmon pasta which wasn't my favourite ever, but I know other dishes are incredible (particularly the bruschetta!)
