    Sat at the "Bar" the large table sat up like a bar but they didn't make drinks at that area? The bartender seemed very uninterested in being there and wasn't pleasant at all. Pictures of this place look cool like it had a very but its the lobby bar that is it.

    The servers were annoyed with our party the moment we got there. I never got his name, we had to track him down for him to even take our drink order…. Don’t even get me started on a food order. We got zero attention from him other than the times we had to track him down to get one refill on our waters, never got the chance to order second drinks.. just horrible. AND because we had 6 people there was an automatic 20% gratuity despite horrendous service. Will not be returning.

    I came with my dad and brother. We left after waiting nearly 30 min for our drinks and food. I’ve been before when I used to stay at the Hilton in Austin before I moved here. It was decent then, but I think they were overwhelmed, understaffed and when the waiter wouldn’t even refill our water I knew we needed to leave. To top it off, our neighboring table said that it took one hour to get their food and the drinks were incredibly slow.

    We really enjoyed their Easter Brunch. They had an exquisite spread with something for everyone. From seafood and carving stations, to the largest cheese and charcuterie layout I have ever seen. They had traditional breakfast options, an omelette station, and savory lunch options as well. Great pastries and desserts including a crème brûlée station rounded everything out.

    Arrived early and they had no problem accommodating us as the restaurant was empty at 830pm. We left after 15-20 minutes as we had never been greeted or given water after being seated.

    Worst. Possible. Service. Since gratitude is included in your meal, the servers could give two craps about you. This has to be by far the worst dinning experience I had. I got 3 things, paid over $100. Not worth it. Go somewhere else.

    Seems to be a nice place but they also seem to be very understaffed. We ended up eating only an appetizer which was delicious and then we left. We may try them again in the future..

    a wonderful experience thanks to Gereamy our chef! He did an amazing job for our dishes and even explaining each dish and how it was prepared. The presentation of each meal was immaculate and very tasty!! Very nice restaurant, it made my girlfriend and I have the best experience during our stay at the Hilton!

    Ordered the filet and snapper, both came out cold and the steak was way underdone. Ordered a sprite that was flat, asked for new one, it never came. Waitstaff was terrible, very few people in restaurant and still bad service. Paid $270 for a terrible meal. Will not be back

    We had a group of 8 people in the dining area. We got seated right away but unfortunately no one came to our table after asking until 30 minutes later. We didn’t not receive our food until 2 hours after our reservation. Some of the food was given to us cold while the pizzas were burnt. Nothing worth a 2 hour wait. Additionally the prices online are cheaper than the menu in person. Would have been great to know prior to going.

    The scallops came out ice cold. Manager didn’t come to the table but had the server offer 10% off. It was apparent he was pretty new so didn’t seem fair for the manager to put him in the position. Ended up removing the entree after we pointed out that it was not even eaten. No offer of a replacement and still no visit from the manager. Overall poor experience considering the price of entrees.

    Overpriced for what we ordered. Food was not that good. Asked for a booth was told NO! It was for other guests. There was a booth with four people and no other customers. Not a single customer came in until we left. ( could have sat at the other booth!

    Great ambience inside the Hilton hotel. Food was very good, staff was courteous. Good spot for a first date, if out for a quiet drink, or dinner. Prices are slightly steep for the type of product and restaurant service.

    Best burger I’ve ever had. Swapped out the chips for a Caesar salad and forgo the bun for a lower carb meal. Absolutely delicious. So much so, I’ll be dining there again this evening!

    The food was meh. It looked better than it tasted. We had reservations & checked in with the hostess. She sat us at a table with a reserved sign on it & was missing a chair, when she stepped away to get the chair, the manager had a waitress come up to me & ask if we were just sitting there- all the while the manager standing a few feet from her cussing. So I told her the hostess sat us there & her manager could calm down. I felt sorry for the entire staff having a manager like that. He knew I heard him & he never bothered apologizing to us or his staff. It’s a busy time & restaurants are busy- so if you can’t handle it - get a different job. The waitress was still amazing & as I said, the food was meh.

    Unfortunately it was very busy and they did not have enough servers working. At no fault to our server or bartender, it took 10min to be approached after being sat, 20min to get our drinks, and about 30min to order our food. I believe it was a staffing issue more than anything, but was slightly inconvenient as we had an event planned after dinner so we had to rush a bit once we got our food.

    Cannon however, the food could use some help. I ordered a "Shareable Dish" - the Brisket Mac & Cheese. Let's just say it was disappointing. The dish was bland, even with the "cheese". Brisket pieces didn't look like brisket pieces. The dish was a bit cold.

    The entire experience was superb! The food was amazing! The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, answered all of our inquiries, and made adjustments to our palette. We had a reservation for 5pm. We were 20 minutes early, and got seated right away. We had barely made our cocktail selections when our appetizer was served. We enjoyed the honey black garlic and sesame seed wings. Our Autumn Old Fashioned and Fizzle Smalls cocktails were delicious as well. The Belle burger really hit the spot! Everything was locally sourced, and ignited an array of flavor explosions with each bite. The wait staff were attentive, and all our selections were brought out promptly. Even though the meal was a bit pricey, it was worth every penny! I will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Austin in the future!

    Management should consider closing food service and keeping this open as a bar until it can run properly. After waiting for 45 minutes and not even being able to get beverages I approached a manager to get service. Only 3 main courses are offered on the menu of which one was not available. The food then took almost an additional hour. I asked for starters or snack while we waited but nothing came. We did get a good desert. I asked for coffee as it was getting late. It never arrived. The one good thing was that management comped the meal.

    We were disappointed with the wait time; it took a long time to get our food. We ordered at 7:30 and our food came at 9:00!! Our steak was supposed to be cooked medium and it was closer to rare. The salmon however was very good. We will not be going back and will not recommend it to anyone! Ordered a brisket Mac and cheese and they gave us a small Mac and cheese not even the right size and with no brisket. Took 30 minutes to get a glass of wine.

    Overall, the dining experience was good, but not great. Everything felt a little overpriced, but I guess that’s what we get for dining downtown. Another large party was sat right next to us, which felt uncomfortable in the middle of COVID. And when we finished, we had to search for our server to bring us our check, because he disappeared. A pleasant evening but I think primarily because of the company.

    I received a call from the restaurant a week prior to the reservation and they mentioned there would be a Valentine’s Day menu OR their normal menu. We requested the normal menu. When we arrived they mentioned their kitchen decided not to cook the normal menu so it was either the Valentine’s Day menu or we could pick from their very small selected menu (burger and pizza). This was a huge disappointment as we didn’t want the Valentine’s Day menu. The food was very underwhelming. The meat was pretty bland and lacked flavor. The cheesecake was a disappointment to my wife. She loves cheesecake and this one was lacking the creaminess you get from cheesecake. Our waiter was friendly and the restaurant was nice. Overall we enjoyed our time but not the food.

    My wife and I went for the Valentine's special, a three course meal featuring a nice sharable (?) Mahi Tuna sushi type of first course. It was very nice, looked like a rose. But, wifey can't do sushi. So, we ordered a salad for her. The main course was a VERY nice filet, butter soft and perfectly done, with a succotash and mature broccoli tops. We had to send the main course back, due to it's being cold. I thought that odd. Because, we were like the only ones in there at 6pm. They reheated it and it was good. The desert was a delicious shareable cheesecake with berries. Our waiter, Kent was a very nice guy. Very accommodating. He even went with us to take a few Valentine's pics for us, out in the lobby, in front of the hotel's 'living' picture wall. Just don't ask him to do that for you. He is a better waiter than photographer. Overall, and for the cost, I'd have to give them three stars. It was good. But, I'm probably not going to book them again next year.
