The margaritas did not taste good, the food had no flavor. A total waste
We have been here four times, and only once was the service/value questionable. The night was a great night with excellent food, service and ambiance. They gave us nice full glasses of wine from the bar and served extra tortilla chips on request. The server was very attentive and kept our water glasses. Definitely worth the price. Will go back again.
Hola buenos días, Thank you so much for sharing your experience at Cantina Catrina! We appreciate the time you took to provide us feedback. Please come back soon!
The food was pretty good.
The service was "meh"
The waiter and hostess were very nice, but not very good at serving.
The margaritas are ok - a bit watered down and small.
The food is ok.
But it is in a great location and overall enjoyable
Food was good, seemed to be understaffed for a Saturday night
Waiter took way too long with all aspects of meal service. Food quality and variety not very good! Food was just not tasty or well presented. Brand new restaurant already putting tight control of food portions including offering a minimal amount of chips with drinks...
Everything was great, except for our children but there’s no return policy there.
Bar tenders need to be more attentive to the whole bar. The three were concentrated in one side and almost ignoring the other sides. Food and ambiance was excellent.
To expensive for little amount of food like the tacos come three is fine but for $15 dollars be and not rice or beans and if you order the amount is super little also the green flautas the plate is extremely hot I took my daughter to celebrate her 15 and she has to wait to the plate cool down and we already finish our three tacos and also she want tres leches for her birthday and bring her cheesecake because you guys doesn’t have anymore of the other cake so we ended very frustrated
Service was excellent, food was not too saucy all platters small quantity not authentic Mexican food needs improvement.
Drinks are expensive. Prices are high for the type of food offered. The salmon dish was on the online menu but not at the restaurant.
We had reservations and had to wait to be seated about 20 minutes. Aside the waiting, everything else was excellent.
Visited this new restaurant on date night with the wife. She loves good Mexican food and this place didn’t disappoint. The food was very authentic and tasty. This is definitely not Tex-Mex so adjust your expectations accordingly. The ambiance was fabulous be, although it is a little crowded. The service was not the best, but they are still new and learning. Overall I give it a 4 because of the quality of the food, which carried the day.
Very busy night with loud music which makes it a nice vibe but also fairly noisy. Service was good and the food was excellent, but the expensive margarita was very poor from the bar. Filled with ice and drink mix with very little tequila for a $14 drink. I had a much better one on a previous occasion here so it may be a difference in bar tenders.
First time visit. Food good but margs weak!😃
I arrived at 7:47 for a 7:45 reservation for 4. There were visibly many open tables available. It took about 10 minutes to actually get seated. The staff looked concerned about where to seat us (I assume they were understaffed and trying to figure out what section to put us in). Service was extremely sub par. We had to look for our waiter on multiple occasions to follow up on drinks and refills. I ordered the verdes enchiladas and 2 out of 3 were actually frozen at the center. It was clear these we were pre-made enchiladas that were microwaved. After telling our waiter, it took another 15-20 minutes to get a fresh new order and at the point everyone at the table had already finished eating. Portion sizes are very small. Margaritas were good and nice aesthetic as far as the restaurant is concerned. Likely won’t be returning for a full meal. Service alone was just too much of an issue.
Service was great.
I had a wonderful Happy Hour with my Dad! The bar staff was great and the food was good too
Had a wonderful time during our meal. The portions are very generous.
Food was just ok but we all thought the 3 Very small tacos for $16 was pricey and service was not very good we finally had to ask one of the hostess to go get our check because our server had not come by for over 15/20 min . Besides that the location and decor is great but do not think we would go back
Food was ok but the service was not. Service was extremely slow! Server came back 3 times asking if I had gotten my drink and still nothing. You can tell they haven’t gotten into a good rhythm. Not worth all the waiting.
Nobody came to greet us in a timely manner. Therefore we had to leave... nobody reached out to us even when they saw us leaving
Awesome place!!! The food it’s really good . They service outstanding. I will be back for sure
Overall experience was great, my only issue was the front, a bit disorganized but after we sat, the server was fantastic, food was really good (a little pricey).
I’m going back!
What I ate did not have enough flavor.
No outside seating but great food and great service!
