   The pizza was ok, but not amazing. We went for a work lunch during the weekday and it was just a bit too loud in there. It might be more quiet and chilled out on the weekends though.

   We just LOVE it here. My boyfriend and I visit Caravan chains often but this was the first time at the Canary Wharf branch, and it’s definitely our new favourite. Upon entering we were greeted by the most wonderfully friendly staff member (possibly a manager? Didn’t get his name but he had blonde-ish hair) who made us feel so welcome from the get-go. He is truly an asset to the company! We were sat outside (it helped that the weather was beautiful) and the seating area is so lovely. We’d already decided what we wanted to eat so ordering was prompt and easy, and the waitress was very attentive and friendly too! Drinks were delicious and delivered speedily, along with a bottle of water for the table. Food wise, we decided on 4 small plates between us, tapas style: broken lamb meatballs, nduja and goats cheese wontons, jamon and smoked cheese croquettes, and jalapeño cornbread. I cannot recommend these dishes enough - they are all ridiculously delicious. The croquettes with the saffron aioli are particularly good. Honestly cannot fault any of it - my only complaint was that we didn’t order more! We thought the meal was a great value - 4 small plates and 2 alcoholic drinks came to just shy of £50, a bargain in London for a meal of such high quality. I can’t wait to return to this location once more!

   Was there for coffee and cake for with a friend. The indoor restaurant was loud and not suitable for catching up at all so we opted to sit outside. Coffee, salted caramel hot chocolate and the hazelnut and elderflower tart were lovely. The first waitress tried to serve us the wrong cake initially, and also forgot about the extra plate that we’ve asked for. However, the 2nd waitress that I asked brought us the extra plates immediately and was attentive, polite and attentive.

   Loved this place to have a spot of brunch. Excellent inside and outside seating areas. Servers were attentive and polite, good choice on the menu and when the food came it was superb. Will definitely visit again.

   Had a lovely time overall - food and drink were excellent and came to the table without much of a wait. Only issue was the staff weren’t super attentive, which left us waiting a long time to ask for drinks/the bill etc.

   Service wasn’t great, staff didn’t seem interested in us being there, waitress wasn’t friendly either. Food was brought over but one dish was forgotten, it took so long to come I had to ask again if it was coming. Clearly it was being cooked whilst other dishes were on the table. No apology offered. The food was warm not hot. Drinks did not fill the glass, rather expensive for half a glass of drink. There was no real atmosphere. The food was very average, very expensive for what you got. Service added to your bill, although the service was next to non existent. I will not be returning.

    Very nice in every way. My son Jerry is working here for nine months . This is my second visit to him. I try to eat here all the time that I’m over. I live in Cork City in Ireland. Staff are really excellent. I think that goes a huge way to Caravans success.

    Lovely ambience and great service. The whole tapas style meals, and small plates for sharing is a cool concept but I'm not sure this place has got it right. I wasn't convinced by the food - flavours were overpowering and not very balanced. Portion sizes were small and overall this felt quite expensive for a very average dinner.

    Hmmm…I really like Caravan. I’ve eaten at the Kings Cross and Exmouth Market branches many times and it’s consistently good. This was our first time eating at Canary Wharf and it was below par. We went for brunch. Pancakes were so dry as to be inedible. The staff immediately with no fuss changed this for a different dish which was great. Avocado on sourdough with poached egg. The toast was not sourdough or if it was, it was very cheap and tasteless. The toast and egg were both cold and the dish was generally just lacking that delicious mix of flavours that you normally get with this dish. Service was really warm and friendly.

    Seating both inside and outside are great. Outside is relaxed, blankets and heaters if you feel cold. Inside has great ambiance too. Food was delicious, service very friendly.

    Poor - didn’t pay service charge - won’t be back Service incredibly annoying, from the minute we arrived, we felt staff wanted us paid and off the table. Asking us for order within 2 mins of arriving, trying to clear away items when we hadn’t finished eating, brought out mains before we’d finished starters. Missing key items we needed, like cutlery then napkins. Interrupting us to ask us to pass across one used napkin when there were starter plates to take away. Really unprofessional and irritating. Food was varied. Some plates very good. Dhal was delicious for example. Others not so. Having been asked if they could prepare our mains and that would take 10 mins, they appeared after 1 minute and the fish was cold. Mains had obviously been sat waiting in the kitchen. Flat bread looked and tasted like a size 39 shoe insole. Polenta cake was dry & rhubarb hard Cornbread dry at the edges and overly greasy in the centre - made better myself Music also far too loud for a restaurant All in all a very disappointing experience. Damaging to the Caravan brand in our opinion.

    We had a lovely Sunday morning brunch here. The ambiance and the decorations are cosy and welcoming and the staff were pleasant, happy and attentive - which is refreshing as so often the staff can let a restaurant down. The service was pretty quick considering how busy it was. The Coffee was good, the children said the pancakes were great (they changed one of our kids pancakes to their preference - so it was just with maple syrup, which was greatly appreciated - and they also reduced the price) my only criticism was that the eggs weren’t hot when they arrived, but still tasted good. Overall, this is a lovely place for breakfast/ brunch. Will go again.

    The team at Caravan were exceptionally welcoming and were very generous in giving my girlfriend a pancake stack (with candle!) for her birthday. The food was of excellent quality and we look forward to returning soon.

    We a ordered a number of dishes only to find them to be quite spicy. menu card is written in this terrible small front that lots of people are struggling to read. It would be nice to have a better laid out design rather than crumping everything on one side and slapping a massive pointless piece of artwork on the other side. Cocktails were nice and priced at around £10 which is cheaper than the cocktails bar next door. We had an early evening booking and found the music to be a bit too loud. We all felt that it was affecting the quality of conversation. It’s a nice place for grabbing a bite to eat but if you are looking for a quiet place to have a serious conversation this may not be it.

    Wide ranging menu with something to please most people. Middle eastern themes but also pizza and confit duck. Wine on the pricier side but good you can have small carafe if you don't want a whole bottle. Food arrived not massively hot and mains took a while but overall ok, venue attractive , staff attentive , quite expensive overall but a good experience.
