   Very Disappointing We appreciated that it was busy but after being seated in a far away corner, having booked well in advance of our visit, it was less than enjoyable. Waiters repeatedly came with drinks we'd not ordered. Our waitress was pleasant and polite but evidently over worked. The food was poor, bread selection of little quality with some bread sticks thrown in to fill a basket. Main dish was very cold. Didn't complain there and then as basically wanted to leave rather than wait for hot dish as husband would have finished. Had voucher for free sweet but as said, just wanted out of the place. Disappointed as they charged enough and it was over priced big time.😟

   This was our first time experiencing Carluccio’s and if we go on this experience it would be our last. We arrived at 17:20 and was seated straight away and was left with menus. It then took 25 minutes for our order to be taken, a further 20 minutes for our drinks to be delivered to the table, our food arrived a couple of minutes later. At least the food was hot and enjoyable (only ordered the main course, thankfully with the time it took). We ate our food and left, the saving grace was being able to pay for your food at the table using QR code, dread to think how long we would have waited for the bill. I don’t know if staff hadn’t turned up, but the restaurant didn’t appear to be that busy, tables were empty yet they hadn’t been cleared, no tables were being used outside, only two members of staff serving and one behind the bar, who just kept lining up the drinks on trays and ringing the bell, why he couldn’t take the drinks to the tables I don’t know. Appreciate that this restaurant is within a railway station and a busy and noisy environment, but it was not a quick service for us and extra noisy, luckily we did have some time to kill otherwise we would have left. Toilets were ok, one male, one female and one disabled, I don’t know how often the toilets are cleaned, but the floors were dryish, but no paper on the roll. The 2 members of staff appeared to be run off their feet, but because of the overall experience we left without adding a tip to the bill. Would we eat here again, if it was on the quality of the food and the value, yes we would but based on the experience and service, no we would have to give this one a miss.

   Really enjoyed my lunch of sirloin steal with fries followed by ice cream and double expresso. Had excellent and friendly service by Kas. Pleased to see that quality of food and service is back up to speed what I remember years' back. Will keep coming back

   Very much enjoyed my lunch of chicken saltimbocca and ice cream dessert and coffee. Excellent service, and quality of food same as my last visit. Will definitely come back

   Carluccios had an offer of 50% off main courses, so used this offer today. For the last few years, felt the food and service had deteriorated somewhat. However, I found the food tasty and the coffee good quality - friendly and excellent service. So much improved. Will definitely come back.

   Staff pleasant but not knowledgeable. No pancetta …. So loads of dishes needed substitutes … chicken ?? …. G&T dreadful …. Beefeater the only gin without flavours … horrible tonic .. … empty no atmosphere ….. If the great man was alive he would turn in his grave !

    What a brilliant night we had at Carluccio's - Manchester Piccadilly. The food was brilliant especially the Rissotto di Mare ........amazing. Robert who was our waiter,for the evening, he was unbelievable. We had a great conversation with him to start and then was so funny throughout the night. Would definitely go again, this is our 2nd visit to Carluccio restaurant, the first being in Chester. Manchester was just as amazing. Well done everyone.
