My husband, son and I went to Carluccios in Reading yesterday for dinner and we all had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the ambiance great. We will be returning soon. We also had an offer for 50% off mains, which made the meal very good value. The food is authentic Italian food.

As a family went for a midday Sunday lunch. The member of staff who attended to our table was Amazing. She was very helpful/friendly & attentive so made the whole experience great. The food wasn’t bad either (The food was very good too)

We chose Carluccio’s to have an intimate meal after getting married as this was the restaurant we visited for our first date however it was far from a special experience- the food was cold, over priced, bland and the customer service was poor! After noted down that it was a meal after getting married, we received no congratulations and if anything it felt like I received judgement on the dress I was wearing, the same one from our first date. So this will be the last time I shall be visiting Carluccio’s.

Lovely food, really enjoyed the mains, however focaccia starter was too salty, feedback shared with Chef. Nice of them to add candle on my husbands birthday dessert.

Really enjoyable bank holiday meal. Had starters and mains and then another bottle of wine outside in the sunshine. Staff friendly and accomodating as ever

We had pizza and lasagne, it was all delicious. It was a lovely atmosphere, no obtrusive music, so conversation was easy
