Food was, as usual very very good. My biggest grumble is the ridiculous price of the mediocre wine. Refused to pay in excess of £12 for a 175ml glass and had tap water instead.

We have visited many times but for some reason the service today was very slow. I think they were short on staff as nobody checked on us and we had to keep asking for drinks also checking when our meal would arrive.

Nice to be able to visit a Carluccios again. Simple menu with not too many choices but options they had were great including a few veg options. Child menu is good and my son enjoyed his pasta. My wife had a fab pizza and I enjoyed the pasta special with courgette fritters. The Chianti wine is excellent. Service was good and food came out with decent gaps between courses.

Very friendly and helpful service staff. Food was excellent. Coffee sadly was undrinkable - just too strong. Will definitely return.

Everything was very good apart from very slow service despite it not being very busy. It was 25 minutes before our order was taken. We ordered our drinks and first course (main) at the same time but it was quite a while before the drinks appeared. Our meal was similarly slow to arrive and it was a long time before anyone cleared the table once we had finished. The staff, while competent, didn't seem to have have much energy/enthusiasm about them.

Just a disappointing experience, really. Went to lunch with my friend wasn’t very busy food wasn’t the normal standard. I’ve got from other ones.
