Below average experience. On arrival said they had no trace of booking from open table. They were not busy so found seating on a larger table not for two people. Shown to table and left. We summoned waiter for assistance. Buffet bar was very poor with a lot of empty dishes. We were only offered Gammon steak and sausages not the vast variety of meat advertised. Overall very disappointed.

Have been to Casa Brazil for lunch and evening meals and always feel this is great value The staff are welcoming and it’s great to feel that there is no rush. The restaurant is very spacious and has the best ever salad bar too. Highly recommend going here for great food and fabulous surroundings.

The waiting staff were very slow, had to get our own cutlery and cutlery. Food was so in coming and the kept bringing only beef. They then stopped altogether.. We had to ask the bar waitress if they could bring us other meat selections, which they then did thick and fast. The bar waitress was extremely helpful and cheerful and gave great service. The same can't be said for the others. Had to query bill because they charged us adult prices for the children. Soft drinks are very expensive. The food was OK once they started coming properly and it's a great location.

Adults and young children were made to feel very welcome and all really enjoyed the experience.
The food was excellent (so much choice) and the meat just kept on coming.
We enjoyed our desserts too.

We'll go again.

Such a unique and wonderful restaurant - we did the Rodizio BBQ which was definitely worth the money considering how much meat we got to eat as well as an all you can eat buffet. The range of choices was great too - different steak, chicken wings, pork belly, beef strips, even grilled pineapple! There was so much to choose from and it just kept coming which was great. The green/red card idea to signal whether you want more meat is great too to have a breather but the staff were really great in offering us more even if we had said no because we often ended up saying yes as the next piece of meat looked so delicious!

Great restaurant! good food, good price, good staff, good atmosphere. The only thing that was a little bit of a let down was on the buffet table, the deep fried items felt a bit mushy rather than crispy. I think i was just unlucky with the timing on those. Everything else was great though and highly recommend going there!

The idea of Brazilian restaurants is superb but the meat quality was poor and this meant it was chewy. They never came around with fillet steak. The salad bar was poor, no tomatoes, the chips were terrible, no roast potatoes and no meat gravy.

I would not go back.

Don't go early in the evening as you will get some of the leftovers from lunch. Some of the meats were lovely and freshly cooked, others were dubious.

I have eaten at Casa Brasil Brighton on about three occasions- I was here with two friends for a birthday. I felt that the service was slow and there did not appear to be enough waiting staff on hand as I needed to go t the till on a couple of occasions to get some attention. When I asked for the bill, the bill was calculated incorrectly and I needed to point this out to the staff who then changed it. The last time I visted there were very friendly and helpful female waiting staff who went the extra mile to make your experience a good one. On this occasion it was all male waiting staff who seemed very stressed and overworked.
It took a while for the feijoda ( black bean stew) to come out- I asked the woman who was replacing the container how long it would take - she was abrupt and unfriendly and seemed very stressed too.

The food here is good but the service has let it down- I have received good service on one occasion out of three visits which is disappointing. I think more waiting staff are needed to give a good quality service.

I would not recommended this restaurant as I frequently go to Rodizio places and this is the worst I have been. The lack of choices in meat, the way the staff serves you is very unprofessional.
Not good for the prices charged

I don't have anything bad to say, apart from my wife didn't like it.
She didn't like the type of meat on offer. No chicken breast, and a lot of red meat and pork with cheese on it.
There is a buffet, but again, my wife didn't like the look of it.
We had our drinks and left without eating.
Many people would like it, and it had quite a few customers enjoying themselves.
My wife said it felt like the Pizza Hut of churrascaria.

My husband and I went to Casa Brasil for an average dinner. Although we enjoyed the all-you-can-eat concept and having the different types of meat brought to your table, we found the food and ambiance to be sub-par. It was very loud and for being such a big restaurant, we felt quite cramped. Every piece of meat we had was very well cooked and delicious, but extremely salty. The buffet lacked variety and most of it didn't look appetizing. We got some cucumbers at the buffet and they were turning brown and tasted off. The service, however was pretty quick and the staff was really friendly. Overall, I would not recommend Casa Brasil unless you're looking for something that's quick and easy and a bit unique to do with the family.

Needs more ambiance. Reduced lighting, it is too bright. Waiters were good but need gaucho dress not tee shirts, with knives in a wide belt.
