Always an amazing time at Casa Brasil Bristol! The manager and her team are always super friendly. The new addition of the desserts buffet is an awesome touch. Definitely well worth the money

I’m really impressed with the experience. Unlike in other places of this kind we weren’t given any time limit (or at least haven’t been advised of any) and we literally stuffed our faces with food as the grilled meat kept coming to our table. I’d like to say we loved the level of service provided by the lovely latin looking lady (I’m really sorry, I didn’t get her name). And I love the loyalty scheme as well. I’d highly recommend this place for any occasion

Great for catching up with some friends in a central Bristol location, and service was fast and friend, but as someone who enjoys rodízio style restaurants I honestly felt the quality of the food was poor. A lot of the meat was overdone and dry with hardly any juices and no authentic marinades. The feijoada was incredibly over-salted, and there weren't many other authentic sides. Was also disappointed that the cocktails were very low in alcohol and had little flavour to them (like it was made from a pre-mixed syrup). Price wise it was expensive, which I also felt didn't match up to the expected quality. Unfortunately, I won't be recommending this place.

An interesting and fun place to eat with a great selection of BBQ meats and average buffet. The staff were eventually very efficient and the manageress very friendly and welcoming. Disappointed that being our first visit we had to wait 20 mins to be served and the system explained. The 20% service charge was steep and the £3.50 for single fill large soft drinks is OTT to say the least. Those two factors would make me think twice about returning.

Meat was a bit dry not as last time i went with my glfriend.
I was so excited i brought my boyfriend this time but it wasn't as expected. The waiter didn't explain much about what kind of meat he was serving us and he was quite "annoyed"...kind of...
Maybe i ll think it twice next time to come back

After several meals at Brazilian restaurants around the country I can safely say I have never had a bad meal at any Casa Brasil but in Bristol the meats are expertly cooked, the servers all friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is yet to be matched. Always a pleasure to return!

Comment on service- they tell you to turn your card over to red when you need a break but all the servers regularly ignored this and kept coming up and offering us more! It is good they are keen but it got a bit annoying.

We has the best time dining out at Casa Brasil. I can't fault anything about it, the food was so delicious, and the service was perfect and very friendly. The waiter even came to say goodbye when he was finishing his shift. We thought this was so nice. When I finish my shift at work I can't wait to just leave and not look back ha. I definitely recommend and will go again.

Waitress never came back with water, or to take a drink order. Place felt generally low rent. Meat servers were friendly enough though.

Have had far better Brazilian. Wouldn't go back.

The team were lovely and attentive. Cannot fault service or food. Best to get meats as soon as they come off BBQ as lovely and fresh and juicy. Tends to get a bit dry otherwise. A great place to go with family and friends.

7 adults and 2 little uns went for lunch on a Saturday 2pm. Busy everywhere. So as long as you realise this before going anywhere you are fine.

Staff at Casa Brasilia were busy like everywhere but were constantly polite, helpful and friendly. Service with a smile. Good food, freshly cooked meats and good choice of buffet foods and of course the wonderful grilled pineapple and cinnamon. Yum yum.

If you fancy something a little different to your normal meals out I heartily recommend

Unfortunatly i had been advised by a friend to visit. Me and my partner visited on valentines day at 8.00pm for out booked table which they had no idea about so had to wait 15 minutes to sit down. We were here until 10pm and were only offered alot of pineapple, the last bits of gammon on the stick and 2 very thin slices of beef. When i asked for some chicken the waiter grumbled and the bought us some very burnt chicken which we were unable to eat. We were waiting half hour each time before being offered anything. I also thought you were ment to be offered more meat than this for the price we had to pay. We also had hardly anything to choose from to go with it. The chips were cold and the only other thing i could choose from the hot food was rice. Also the salad was not very fresh and certain salad tasted gone off. I looked at my boyfriend whilst sat there and he looked as tho he was about to fall asleep and said he was bored. There was next to no variety for the puddings. I am diabetic and cannot eat most thing but it would of been nice to have some fresh fruit. So the whole time we were here we had rice and less than £3 worth of meat. Your moto says come in hungry and leave happy, we came in hungry and left hungry. Also if it wasnt for looking at the reciepe we wouldnt of realised that they had added 4 drinks onto out bill which he hadnt had or ordered. Would of liked out money back really.

I know its all about the meat but I'd just like to give a nod to the other little things like the hot pineapple slices, the great potato salad, etc... The meat was superb though! The staff were attentive but not "in your face" and very helpful - food was plentiful and fabulous! Definitely going again
