Food was great. Staff were friendly and attentive. A great time had by all.
After hearing great reviews, I booked for a birthday meal. Poor salad selection, not everybody loves garlic and olives! Hot food buffet was rubbish too, bit of a mismatch to be honest.
Most of the meat was too tough to chew or overdone with salt, garlic or chilli. I found it to be either too dry or too greasy. The only edible nice tasting part were the chicken wings...at the prices they charge I expected better. Drinks are pricey too. The desserts only just saved the evening. The place is also very noisy and I was on edge watching children charging around when waiters are carrying skewers of hot meat and those huge knives. Parents really need to supervise their kids more.
Great food as always. Had two minor issues but wouldn’t stop us from returning. The drinks took 20 minutes to come and the staff were taking meats to other tables around us but avoiding our table even though our card was clearly visible and turned on the right side.
Should have realised when I saw "all you can eat" that this is a place to be avoided. Might be ok for a group outing, but for a family meal, not impressed. Everything tasted the same, didn't matter what kind of meat came to our table, it all tasted the same. The service was good and everyone was really friendly, but I will definitely not be going back.
Tried this restaurant out with family. Found it very noisy with lots of children running around which spoilt the experience. I don’t mind children, I was one once, but in the evening in a restaurant, no way. They should be at home tucked up in bed. Or, parents should consider others and keep their crumb snatchers under control. I would have given 5 stars but the children running around put me off. So if you don’t mind kids running around then this a good place and value for money. But, if you just want to enjoy your meal in peace, look elsewhere
If you're a big eater this is the place for you. Staff are very attentive and you're never sat waiting. A little expensive, but if you're a big ol fatty you'll get more than your moneys worth.
We were served by Phillip he was outstanding and even interacted with the kids getting them to try almost everything he brought over nothing was to much to ask.
All food was lovely
Really poor buffet. Service was slow. BBQ meat was good which I suppose is the reason people go. This was the first time I had been and was for a birthday meal. Probably at best a 6 out of 10.
A few of the tables are too close together that's my only issue and not enough dessert selection since it became part of the all u can eat
The staff were very nice and actually had a sense of humour which does lack in restaurants these days
Very good value and plenty of choice
Not our first visit, and in comparison to our last one, we felt the standard of the food was not as good. We found most of the meats far too salty on this occasion, which we felt detracted from the flavour and, meant we didn't enjoy them as much as we had expected to. Overall, the experience was fine, the staff were lovely. Just the meat... which is supposed to be the main attraction?!
The food is fantastic and a good variety of meats with many sides available. The set price including desserts worked really well. Although we weren't drinking the selection of cocktails looked good and staff were friendly and helpful.
Lovely meat and plenty of it! The staff were amazingly friendly, happy and accommodating. Had a lovely time.
More fire, music, and excitement needed. Good GF food selection
I love Casa Brasil. The staff are so friendly and fun and they seem like they really enjoy what they do which makes the whole atmosphere really positive. I love their food and its really worth it because you can eat as much as you like for a set price. You really do come hungry and leave happy ;)
Amazing food and service. Staffs look after us from the beginning to the end of our meals. Always asking if we good and if we need something.
Buffet table was delicious maybe need a need more improvements on the desert side.
The view and the deck outside are amazing. Congratulations and keep going guys. You’re the England favourite hahahaha. I wish u could be near Oxford.
Amazing! We love this restaurant, very lively and fun! Amazing waiter, very attentive. We will be back!
It’s a shame Casa Brazil closed in Brighton as Portsmouth is a bit of a distance so we are unable to visit as often as we did. The interior isn’t as good as Brighton was and it was very noisy, however, the food was excellent as always and the service as good as ever, just wish it wasn’t seventy miles from home
Excellent food , excellent staff
Great service, lovely food and the best mocktails pina colada I've ever tasted 👌
The music was a bit off putting, but other than that we had a fabulous meal. Just a shame we have to go to Portsmouth for our nearest Casa Brasil! We live near Brighton so we’re disappointed to see it close.
I often visit the Port Solent Casa Brasil, as the staff there are very freindly, and the service is always great! :)
Great food and service. Lots to choose from and ambience was fab, possibly over prices slightly. 2 adults and a child with drinks £85
Lovely food as always. Great selection of buffet food too. Staff always polite and friendly.
This place is so good on price and food. Such a good idea. Would highly recommend
Great food and lots of it. Friendly staff. Free parking. What's not to like?
Way to expensive
I had a tap water with lime cordial and was charged £1.75!!!!
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone....EVER!
Kept getting offered the same meat over and over again after saying telling the waiter we didn’t like it the first time we were offered it!
Would of rather of gone to McDonald’s!!!!
Been here a few times before. The cold buffet food is always consistently good. On occasion the BBQ meat can be a bit varied. They always have a great range and this time it was very good.
I’ve been before and had a lovely evening, so I was a bit upset that the food wasn’t very hot this time , we had to keep asking for the meat . The waiters were pleasant , but overall it wasn’t the best I’ve had there
Celebrating a birthday with family. Staff were great, food was excellent!
Went on 'samba night' - great atmosphere live music and dancing. Staff really friendly, food hot. Only negative if I had to cast one is that our plates took a long time to be cleared.
Good fun and good food together with friendly staff made for a great birthday lunch
Good food , Excellent staff nothing was too much trouble. Also enjoyed the singing of HAPPY BIRTHDAY for my son who was celebrating his 16th birthday and for my husband also whose birthday was the same day.
Service charge was a bit of a surprise.
The 4 of us had a lovely evening. Thank you to all the staff.
Lovely food and venue oh and the cocktails weren’t bad either
Wonderful meal, a little slow on service at beginning but got better as meal progressed.. it was my 14yr old daughters bday, and it was a shame they didnt sing to her but it had got so busy then that they forgot. Didnt spoil it tho.
Amazing service, food and atmosphere! Cannot recommend highly enough...
Fantastic food, brilliant location, staff fantastic
Very welcoming and attentive staff. Excellent food, as always. Lovely atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed it 😊
Very good. The only minus is for atable of over 6 you have to pay10 per cent service charge which i believe should always be my choice. But i was aware of this when booking.
The staff are very helpful, the food is good and keeps on coming, no empty dishes at the buffet and were constantly refilled, good value for money
