   The service was exceptional, very friendly and food arrived within seconds of ordering. Some Meats were a little on the dry side but we ate at 2pm.

   Usually I love casa brazil but I really felt that the quality of the food was not up to standard. The sides came out and looked dry from sitting under a hot light. The meats lacked the usual flavour. Overall it was a disappointing lunch

   Food as good as ever. Service - which is always excellent - was outstanding tonight. Our party (of 8) were 30 minutes late. Despite this, we were still welcomed like old friends. A rack of beef ribs was given to the table just because we were there, and as always, the staff were helpful, welcoming and happy!

    It’s our second time of visiting this restaurant as we really enjoyed it the first time. It’s never quite the same going back around 4 weeks later but it was still a great night. My only comment would be why do they not provide ice cream it would be ideal in the small tubs they supply the desserts in.

    Absolutely fantastic experience! Took my dad there for farthers day and although it was extremely busy we were sat down immediately. The staff were also extremely speedy with a smile, always kind and helpful. Although busy I wasn't expecting this remarkable level of customer service from the staff, speed of food and general aura. Hats off to all of them

    Staff always polite and helpful and the location clean and tidy. Enjoy the food brought around on the spit and the added salads etc. Price is good at the early afternoon and plenty of choice, especially enjoy the pineapple with cinnamon to cleanse pallet at thevend

    + meat and pineapple - Drinks took ages to come... we had to ask a couple of times until arrived. - Tapas options are not Brazilian, apart from the feijoada. - Disappointed with the type of music. As a Brazilian restaurant, we expect to listen to Brazilian music and not a DJ playing latino putz putz at a very loud volume. It totally took away the identity of the restaurant.

    We had a table booked for 7pm but we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to notice us stood waiting to be seated! Very unimpressed, we left and didn’t eat there in the end! Very poor service. Very noisy with music, might as well try and eat in a nightclub!

    great evening. Preferred it when you could choose your own side dishes as there was more choice. Meat servers could be a little more friendlier like the waiters.

    Very long waiting time. We had meat on the plates but no side orders. Ordered drinks on the beginning an arrived 20 minutes after even though wasn't so busy. The way the serve people and food quality is inadequate to money they charge. Not recommend at all!

    Great tasting meat and it kept on coming. We preferred it when we could self serve the accompaniments. The staff were attentive and friendly, we certainly will think about going back. The staff seemed a little rushed at one point, we were waiting an awfully long time for our desserts and to pay the bill, we were seated at 5pm and we paid the bill at 7:45pm at little long to wait, tho it was very busy late on But overall we all enjoyed the evening and left a darn sight fuller than when we arrived. Many tx Casa Brasil…we’ll be seeing you soon.

    Great meal and excellent service, lots of choice certain and loads of food so make sure you are hungry. The restaurant was busy and noisy so don't come for a romantic meal for two. It was expensive but a great treat with 8 of uds.

    This was our first visit to Casa Brasil (our daughter's choice for her birthday), so we were not sure what to expect. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and found the food and service to be of a high quality. Plenty of variety in the rotisserie meats brought round and an excellent selection of hot and cold side dishes. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive and we experienced no delays or waits for our food and drinks. It was a Saturday evening so the atmosphere was lively and everybody seemed to be having a good time.
