   Stunned to see we had to pay for a 2 and half year old! Half a bit of chicken from my plate and a sausage with some chips was hardly chargeable! Hugh chair filthy and had to clean down myself. Toilet door handles grubby and visibly dirty, in this day in age, one would expect high use touch points to be clean, especially high chairs. Not the standard this place user to be. It's sad the salad bar is gone as now you have to wait for sides to arrive by which point you have eaten half your meat!

   It's like we were invisible. We were ignored and drinks and tapas food orders were forgotten about. Our waitress paid no attention to us. No one told us when the food stopped, we weren't offered deserts. I asked for corn and never got any. No one put through our cocktail order, we waited 30 mins before we went to the bar to complain. I asked for ice 3 times before ei got any. Our first drink order took 20 mins to get to us. Meat was good, but service was shocking!

    Sides were cold before any meat arrived. Unlike previous visits where the servers were constantly circulating with various meats on offer we had to constantly wave for attention and had to ask for different meats other than beef which seemed to be all they had left. We were offered a sliver of turkey once, chicken once and when the lamb finally arrived there was so little left on the bone I had two pieces which put together would not be the size of my little finger. We were beyond disappointed as on previous visits we had a variety of meat on our plates with the sides to make a lovely meal. A party of approx 20 people arrived after us and they appeared to have far better service with at least 2 waiters in attendance most of the time and we could see that they were offered a variety of meat so we surmised they were not beef eaters which perhaps was why we were offered mainly beef .

    There were hardly any staff on the dining floor meaning we were having to wait a really long time for any meat to be brought round. Same when wanting to order the tapas dishes. Some of the meat was very dry and inedible. Really disappointed with our experience, especially with how much it costs

    Casa Brasil had to change its way of operating due to Covid but it is still great value and an excellent dining choice! You are still brought the various meats to your table, sides however need to be ordered from the wait staff rather than it being self serve style. This wasn’t too much of a hassle and everything tasted excellent! The bacon wrapped chicken and Parmesan pork were our favourites.

    Went there for an early birthday celebration, the restaurant is a nice ambience, the staff service was excellent, the food was okay for a all-you-can-eat setup. I’d definitely go again.

    Me and my partner and our friend went there for a birthday dinner. For our friend that was the first time in a "Brasil style" restaurant. We been elsewhere couple of times that why we chose to give a try for the Casa Brasil. The amount of the food was very generous, and the drink and cocktail selection as well. The side selections are not "help your self buffet style" you have to order them. Most of them ( hot ones) tasteless no seasoning at all, which is might be fair enough, some people like salt and pepper some of them are not. The most disappointing part from the evening was the desert, they have 8 different pudding on the menu, and all of them are horrible, hideous and just disgusting. Etc: frozen profiterol, "mango mousse" which was just wiped double cream with passion fruit syrup on the top, same the oreo mousse with some biscuits crumb on the top, the coconut whatever pure butter, sugar and coconut flakes. And all of them are got refrigerator after taste.. If you are a pudding person (just like me) never ever try this place. We drove there from Andover which is 30-40 minutes just to try this restaurant but we definitely not coming back, and not recommended at all if you drive there just for this somewhere far away.

    As always, our favourite place for celebrations and for having fun. All the staff is very kind and the service is excellent. As it was my birthday, they sang me "Happy birthday", which is a great experience 😊. Thank you so much for being so great 😊.

    It took half an hour before anyone came to take our drink order. Another 15 minutes before food came. We didn’t have any plates for our food. When the plates came, we didn’t have a meat card. The waiters didn’t come to our section terribly often and the meat selections that did come our way we’re not all of the ones on the menu. We couldn’t hear what the waiters were saying when they did come and it was exceptionally hot. Not the best date night unfortunately.

    Went for my birthday meal with partner and hadn't been in 4 years so alot had changed. We were seated very quickly as we had a booking but then left for 10-15 mins before someone came to take our orders but from that point it was amazing and the food came promptly and was amazing! And the staffs energy and positive attitudes were contagious. My only downfall was that some of the meat came almost bristle like but its fine if that's what you like. We left very full and can't complain about the service or the variety offered.

    Good value BBQ lunch with 2 for 1 cocktails to celebrate a birthday. Good atmosphere, food quick to arrive and very tasty - cinnamon pineapple was a particular favourite. Generous cocktails. Well staffed, lovely enthusiastic manager.

    Came here with my friend who is from Brazil and pregnant I brought her here as she was missing home and home foods. Welcoming as always she loved it and it made her feel more like being home. Food was amazing as always would of liked to see more pineapple but that’s because it’s my favourite item! Was a great atmosphere and loved every second including the dj. Service was spot on
