Great experience and Great service
My husband and I are here for a mini moon, and we new we had to come here for the amazing food! Everything was delicious and our server Ray was awesome. They were understaffed and working so hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. We would definitely come back!
Great event and great service from Nick. Food was great, service was friendly and quick. We enjoyed our evening immensely.
Casa Sensei was better than expected food was incredible and service spot on, one of the best places to eat.
Food was great, Service was outstanding, food did not take long to come out, drinks were good. Octopus was not available when we tried to order it, that was the only disappointment.
Amazing food!!! Get the charred octopus for sure, all of us had many different dishes and every single one was delicious. Great service too! Absolutely recommend :)
Went to this spot with my boyfriend during our stay in Fort Lauderdale for a date night and the sushi was bomb! Our server Mark was very helpful with the menu, quick, and overall a great server. Ask for him if you go!
Food was excellent! Manager was great! Our server Luis G was fantastic! Will be back!
Food and service was excellent, Nick Z took perfect care of us. All of his recommended dishes were excellent. We enjoyed our dinner and would definitely come back
Food was good enjoyed the sticky ribs
Service was excellent
Overall a good dining experience
We had a wonderful dinner. Luis G was.our server and he did an outstanding job. He made many recommemdations from the.menu and he made the evening more special.
We enjoyed our time at Casa Sensei, the menu is amazing and we would return just to try out some of the many other interesting asian/latin fusion items.
Luis G, our server was absolutely amazing, from his knowledge of the food, restaurant and the surrounding areas to his friendliness. He is an asset to your establishment.
Our one recommendation which is help the ambience is the music. The majority of the time they played older (70's, 80's) alternative/rock, which we don't mind. But when outdoors on the water in Fort Lauderdale, we were really hoping for something a bit newer or upbeat. Especially since this restaurant has a latin/asian flare, we didn't hear any latin music at all.
Overall, we will be back and looking forward to chatting again with Luis and looking forward to trying other items on their menu.
Sat outside and our server Luis G was impeccable. He made great recommendations & provided wonderful service. Make sure you try the empanadas and the Asian donuts. Also, sit outside. You won’t regret!!
The last few times I’ve been the quality has been so so.
Tayler was our waitress and she was excellent, very patient with our requests.
Cómoda excelente, ambiente especial y atención de primera por el mesonero Luis Gómez
Service personnel Luis G, very helpful with all of the many dishes. Provided recommendations from the menu if spices or not.
Excellent food and most importantly, excellent service! Luis G was an amazing server who endured we would enjoy our first time here. Definitely will return :)
We went on a Saturday during brunch hours and the ambience was beautiful. We sat on the upper patio at one of the high top tables and thought the breeze from the fans and view of the waterway was beautiful. The food tasted phenomenal. We got the blue crab ragoons which were absolutely amazing and packed full of delicious crab and served with a very tasty chili type sauce on the side. My boyfriend got the wagyu burger and we both agreed it was the best burger we had ever had. The smoked gouda really complimented the bacon and guacamole on the slightly charred bun. The truffle fries were superb and you could smell the truffle before it hit the table. I had originally asked for the Rock and Roll Fiesta Roll which usually comes with 100ml of tequila (2 and 1/2 shots). I don't drink tequila so I asked if I could have the roll by itself, or even exchange the tequila for a cheaper seltzer drink. They wouldn't do substitutions, which was unfortunate and didn't offer this roll by itself on the menu without the tequila. Most of the rolls were $14-$19 and this one was $36 due to the tequila so I didn't want to pay more than double the cost of all the other rolls, so I decided to just do another roll (Drunken Roll). The server said that they were completely out of tempura, which was odd since 12/18 rolls on menu had tempura in them. The server was incredibly sweet, but I thinks he was just new (which is pretty normal post-covid). I settled for a California roll, which was great. It was heavy on rice, but also great portions of crab! We felt that the brunch menu items were priced a little too high - even though quality of the food was fantastic. The bottomless brunch drinks are $25 and that is in addition to your meal. The drinks alone are $11 each so unless you are planning on having more 3 or more drinks it's not a real value. With all this said, I would recommend to others - the minor things we noticed were just that... minor!
They need to get their sht together when it comes to service.
We went out for a romantic dinner and the first table they gave us was at the bar. Fiancé got upset and they moved us to another table… next to the bathroom! Fiancé got more upset. Manager came and found us another very small table near the end of the restaurant. Appetizer came out and was cold. Food were ordered was not very good and the Million Dollar is definitely not worth it. Server and manager were very kind but not impressed.
Great place to have some Latin Asian fusion food. Food tasted great and came nice and hot. You can eat tour food if you reserve on a boat (separate company $200 for six people) and they serve it there (call restaurant to find out).
Sit by the water or inside (smelled a bit inside as if they need to clean their grease traps) if you are outside there is no smell just hot hot hot.
Go there. Try it our and enjoy the vibe.
Our sever Mark was extremely personable and attentive - will be requesting his section when making new reservations.
It was my first time dining here and I was pleasantly surprised… our server, MARK, was amazing and very personable. Everything he suggested on the menu was excellent. I’m looking forward to going back :)
Luis G. and the manager were both a lot of fun! We enjoyed this restaurant, the food, the vibe so much we came back twice! Thank you for making our trip special!
Our dinner at Casa Sensei was absolutely wonderful. From the friendly hosts that greeted us upon arrival to Zack our knowledgeable, professional and attentive waiter and Chris the wonderfully entertaining restaurant manager, we couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable way to celebrate our daughters birthday! The food was fresh and and everything tasted delicious.
My server was incredibly friendly and helpful
Always a good time at Casa Sensei. The Dragon Roll and General Tsao chicken bites are my Fav!
Our server Nick (Nicolas) was excellent, super cool, very well informed, and had great recommendations! Will definitely return for the great food (Mongolian duck for the win!) and hang out with Nick again. Thank you!!
Great atmosphere and seating options. Noisy interior crowd having fun. Outside high-top tables with great views are much quieter. Waterside tables on a canal if you want even quieter and greater views.
Food was good for the money. The service was excellent. Other restaurants could learn from this place. Appears to be great staff and management. Nick the server was helpful, polite, and attentive. Plenty of staff moved food to tables and were happy to help Nick clear and confirm satisfaction. The manager also checked on our satisfaction. To his credit he not only got out and interacted with customers he also appear to help the staff including clearing an empty food plate from our table and I noted him helping at another table.
Great restaurant and atmosphere to celebrate our 30th anniversary!!! Staff is very friendly and our waiter Mark was awesome!! We will be back!👍🏻
We visited from Denver and was looking for a sushi place. Overall the food was good, if I ever go again I'd stick with the non-sushi menu since it was delicious and I feel there are better sushi places in the area.
It was raining heavily but we were still able to sit outside without getting wet and enjoyed the rain over the little river.
Dined again and had a wonderful time, great food, great service, great ambiance. Ray was our waiter again n he was wonderful as usual even while training a new guy by the name of Ray! Both of them were Attentive and pleasant.
I would like to say that Nick was an amazing waiter, he was very attentive and took care of all our needs. The ambiance alone is impeccable and the food was amazing. Will definitely visit again!
We loved this place.
The food, environment, and waiter (especially) was amazing! Parker was extremely attentive and generous! I highly recommend!
They only play music once a month not like the add stated and the waiter was not very tentative and it was our first time there. They were out of items on the menu. Food was okay bad service
Terrible customer service from management. Food is slow from order to table. But when eventually get it it’s tasty. I’ll never return. Didn’t feel like a valued customer.
Amazing ambiance! The food and service was great. I already recommended it to friends and family.
