Lovely place for a breakfast catch up with a dear friend. Mushrooms in a creamy sauce on toasted Artisan bread - delicious!!

Lunch menu was poor not enough selection. Quality of the food no better than a pub.
Shame because we have dined here in the evening before lockdown and enjoyed it

Enjoyed the experience of eating out in what felt like a Covid safe place. Food was good and service excellent. No Guinness available but wine was reasonable value.

Food was beautifully cooked. We would eventually like to see a more varied menu though, the menu didn’t seem to have what we have come to expect. None the less great to see you open again.

The website showed the special 2 course and 3 course menu which are star deals, however when we went in (booking done via the website so its all working well), we were told that the website is being updated and they don't do the set menus. We felt the portions were very small and pricey. I would think again if we want to go since I felt misled. No doubt the food was fantastic as always is so we did enjoy our meal. Service was slow but good. Lovely ambience.

My experience was amazing. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Food was absolutely delicious and I will definitely be returning to try other foods. Also you get 25% NHS discount which is even better but if you dont have the discount no worries because the food is yum and value for money!

A little disappointed with the starters, the carpaccio was a little chewy not melt in the mouth , more like parma ham. The smoked salmon was a little light on the salmon and the bread stick wasn't a very good method of a serving base very dry. The mains were truly delicious excellent lobster ravioli and lamb tajine compliments to the chef. The sweet was a rich chocolate fondant with ice cream very nice. Service was excellent a very enjoyable evening highly recommended.

Went for the first time last Saturday with my partner. Fabulous atmosphere. Very welcoming staff, could not do enough for us. Food was fantastic and served in great time. 5* - would recommend. If you go, I recommend the Fillet Steak; it was sensational!

Really enjoyed our experience at Valles and would definitely go back. We ate at the restaurant but has a great bar too so would go back just for a drink as well.

Really excellent food with generous portions at a very reasonable price for the quality. Friendly and thoughtful service too, all in lovely surroundings and nice atmosphere.

The lunch set menu was very good value and the portions were so generous that we couldn't get beyond two courses. Reasonably priced wine, helpful service and pleasant surroundings.

First time at Valles 44, we had a great time, the setting is nice the food was really good and the service was excellent, would definitely recommend.

We had such a wonderful meal as always at Valles at 44!!!
When we arrived, we were appointed a high table however after explaining to the waiter that this would be difficult seating due to one member of the party having difficulties seating on a high seat were answered that this was the only table available but looking around you could see plenty of spare seats. I believe the manager then came over and apologised and we were seated elsewhere. If you have any special requirements just make sure that they can accommodate before as you could be given with an excuse. could well be an error on both ends.

I expected the food to match the ambience of the restaurant, sadly this was not the case. The pizza was below average. I've eaten better at other establishments that are not fancy places. The staff were polite and professional. The ambience was great though the lighting was scarce. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant based only on my meal.

What a relaxing venue this is, and such helpful and accommodating staff. We booked for a 40th Birthday lunch, and I arrived with enormous balloons which they helped me to set up around the table before the birthday girl arrived. The atmosphere was very chilled (this was lunch time on a Thursday) and the food was beautiful and delicious. The pistachio ice-cream was heaven! All reasonably priced. Will absolutely have it on my list as a place to go. Thank you so much for helping to make the lunch a special one!

We were the only people left in the restaurant, it lacked a bit of atmosphere but the food quality was great.

The service was very friendly, relaxed and professional staff. To a person they were all a big credit to the business. Food was excellent and the surroundings and decor very comfortable. Admittedly we were there a a very quiet Friday night (the first Friday after New Year so it would’ve) so cant comment on the experience when they’re busy but I would guess exactly the same high standards. Hope they do well, thoroughly recommended.
