Great experience overall! Steak was excellent!
We were there for a mini celebration on Friday night. We loved the restaurant so much we returned again Saturday with more friends. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful TWO evenings.
The service was excellent the food was fair at best not horrible don’t know if I would make a point of going back.
We came to celebrate a colleagues retirement after 40+ years or service with a classy lunch. And Cast Iron was a great choice for us. We all enjoyed our meal and had lots of good food left over for dinner.
I had the short ribs and they were absolutely delicious and the mashed potatoes were something special for sure. We split some appetizers and there was a spicy chicken wing appetizer with the best gravy/sauce, by the end we were using our bread to get every last drop of the sauce.
The food was good and the ambiance was nice. Very different from the former Carmen Anthony’s. We had the eggplant empanadas and lobster arracini as appetizers. Good nothing amazing. Our salad was good but the kitchen would not split it onto 2 plates for us. The lamb chops were some of the best I’ve ever had, the baked potato was undercooked. My husband had the chicken special which he said was delicious. Our friends split the chateaubriand for 2, which they liked, but was slightly overcooked. Our server, Tony, started out friendly, but quickly became annoying and never really listened to each person’s order. We go out to dinner quite a bit and find the service makes for a nice meal as well as the food. I’d try Cast Iron Chef Chop House but hope that Tony is NOT your waiter.

Food is always fabulous, wait staff is awesome. Our waitress also gave us 0.35 cents to feed the meter, since we ran out of quarters. Next time we’ll park in the garage!
It was me and my husband’s first time dining at The Cast Iron and man oh man, we were impressed!!!! The waiter, Albanian Mike was an outstanding server. Chef Anttilio steak was phenomenal as was everything else!!!! We can’t wait to return!!!!💕❤️💕

Food was excellent, though a bit pricey if dining more than one to a wallet. Service was wonderful - the perfect amount of assistance without feeling interrupted. Will definitely recommend.

Very poor experience. Had a reservation and was told to come an hour later because of issues with open table system. Got to the restaurant one hour later than we had planned and they still didn’t have a table for another 45 minutes or more. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant down the street.
I can’t say anything about the food, atmosphere or service because we never dined here. I made an Open Table reservation for Saturday the day after Valentine’s Day THREE WEEKS in advance and confirmed our attendance the day before. 90 minutes before our 7:15 reservation time I got a call from the restaurant saying there was a glitch in their reservation system and they couldn’t accommodate us but could we come in at 8:30 instead. That was too late for us so we ended up canceling and scrambling to make alternate plans for our V Day dinner. Guess the lesson here is be careful making an Open Table reservation here on a busy day. Too bad, I was looking forward to trying Cast Iron Chef out but this is a major turnoff.

Cool place with great food. The braciole and the meatball parm apps are a must have. We all had filet mignon , which was excellent. Unlike many steak places, the meal includes a potato and a vegetable, a very nice touch. Everything comes out in a cast iron pan, even the desert.
We had a limited menu of the wedge salad and the classic burger. The wedge salad was absolutely delicious. The classic burger was as large as it was described to be and was perfectly cooked. I would recommend this place for lunch and probably dinner but I have not tried it yet
Never disappoints. Our "go to" when we are in the mood for a high end dinner out. The meat is always delicious and service has always been impeccable. Lots of traditional steakhouse items along with burgers, small plates, and seafood. GO!
