This place always has a great vibe and service. Staff are always attentive, which includes the chef who came out to speak to us during a very busy time to go through some questions on the vegetarian and plant based options.

Very good food & service. However the restaurant is so loud that you can't chat and it's so dark, you can't see your food!

Superb as always. From the moment we were met at the door by the doorman, we were made to feel welcome.

The staff were brilliant and we even had a good laugh with the chef who was cooking the food.

Overall, we had a great time and can't wait to come back again.

Really enjoyed the food and drinks! Great atmosphere although it was a bit too loud. My partner and I had pizza which we really enjoyed. The only downside is that I had the aubergine pizza but it didn’t come with a tomato base. Other than that we really enjoyed our meal!

We had a late lunch at Cecconi's. The starters, the pizza and pasta were all delicious and the staff attentive and friendly. I would definitely go again

I am not sure they were careful about social distancing. The tables were really close and crowded. Didn’t feel comfortable

The Pizzas we all had were delicious but that’s where my positives end. From entering the restaurant other than being asked to check in using the NHS app all other COVID safety regulations were not been followed. One lady server had a mask but this was around her neck, all other staff did were masks. No hand sanitisation was provided on entry and tables were far too close. We had our Pizzas and then left as didn’t feel comfortable.

A lively restaurant, with good quality food but rather limited menu choice - particular if you need gluten free options. We enjoyed our time here, but it wasn't quite what we were after on this particular evening. This is a noisy and bustling restaurant, dark and small seating areas (we were seated in the back corner near the entrance to the washrooms). On enquiring about gluten free options, I was told I could have a salad..... According to hubby, the pizza was really tasty though and it looked great! Drinks list was ok and service average. Based on the location we thought the value for money was good. We would probably return, but not when looking for a quite Italian meal with gluten free options :)

Delicious food, definitely one of the best pizza’s I’ve had in London! Lovely atmosphere and decor. The Lunch deal is fantastic and food was so tasty we couldn’t resist getting a pizza to share too. Will 100% be returning

My friend and I had an early afternoon booking on Tuesday at 3pm and were pretty much the 1st customers to be there. Service was very good, very cheery and attentive. The 3pm-6pm Menu is superb, several pasta options all for £5 and cocktails for £5. We took advantage of this and added a bottle of wine at a reasonable £26. By 6.30pm every table was full and there was a great atmosphere.

Since after lockdown I discovered again this place , and since then my friends and family have had so many great evenings with great food and amazing service!!

Food and drinks are great. The waiters very helpful and the ambiente excellent. I thought I was in Italy. Will come back!

The food was brought to us quickly and was absolutely delicious. We also had to make a change because the portion size of one dish was off and they were very accommodating about it

Great atmosphere and & reasonably priced food. All great, apart from the rigatoni which was a little dry...still tasty though. Loved the courgette fries and fennel salad. Partner’s pizza was delicious too. Good service.

Very good food and excellent service. Absolutely everyone was incredibly kind and helpful and we haven’t had such an outstanding service in a very long time! May I say think you to every member of the team that was working that night! We will be back for sure!

I always live dining at Cecconi’s and I’m a regular at their Shoreditch branch :)
My only remark would be that the music is always too loud and since their restaurants are always quite busy, it makes it difficult to have a conversation even between just 2 guests.
Other than that, food and service are always outstanding!

Cecconi never disappoints! The most friendly and attentive service one could wish for, great selection in the menu and all reasonably priced!! Can’t get enough of it!

Very loud and badly distorted music blaring, made conversation very hard. Tables crammed together. My elbows were touching the guy at the next table. Not what you expect during Covid.

Rude staff ruined the whole night.... booked a table 6 weeks in advance, got there on time and told there is no table as we are early. Argued with me that I was in the wrong even though I showed the confirmation from that morning checking I was coming showing the right time. Then I got an email that exact minute saying my table time had been changed, so I showed the staff and said see you changed the time just now. No apology, or even offer of a drink whilst we have to wait. Then all night shocking service.

amazing food, fantastic value for money but not covid-safe whatsoever, must have been hundreds of people on the road outside packed into a tiny space; no social distancing and no masks. we were in one of the safer seats but wouldn’t be surprised if that gathering was a coronavirus source.

The best pizza, pasta and wine I’ve had in a long, long time. Excellent and knowledgeable attentive service and the music was great too.
