Prices seem to have gone up, probably for Father’s Day menu, but still were higher than in the past.
Good nicely prepared. Wait staff nice and accommodating.
We always enjoy dining at Cedar Creek, Brea. It’s was Father’s Day so a little more hectic but they do a good job of making you feel appreciated. My husband’s steak was (expensive) cooked just right & my shrimp (prawns) tho expensive are delicious.
Excellent from start to finish! We were a party of 4, celebrating Father’s Day with our son and his girlfriend. We two orders of prime rib and two orders of the sea bass. All were cooked to perfection!!
Food was good but not great. Service was fair, but definitely not outstanding, waitress never brought me a place setting, had to take one off another table. After she took our order for wine and it was in, she then told us about the featured cocktails..would of been nice to know before hand. I also told her I did not eat potatoes, she had no suggestions for a substitute, other than extra vegetables. She also brought us someone else’s check, so I had to hunt her down to tell her.
I’m sorry, when you’re spending almost $200 on 3 people for dinner ( and that was without any appetizers or dessert) you would expect A LITTLE MORE than just ok!
French Toast was a breading pudding horrible dry . the omelet was terrible dry. The Monty Cristo just ok Salmon lunch the best, so 1 of 4 ok
Ordered Eggs Benedict, Muffin was very chewy and the eggs were just barely warm.
Fruit bowl was terrific, Potatoes were good.
Place was packed, most tables were Family Full and everyone was trying to out shout the others. Our server was "Spot On" with the service. Don't remember her name.
Food and service was great. A good value. Reservations were right on time despite a busy Father's day
Enjoy coming here.
we have set menu on Father's Day which is not my favorite. i do like their regular menu
We went for Father's Day. The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and quick..Our server was Jennifer and she was very professional and very nice!!
Can't wait to go back :)))
This is our go to place after a day at the theme parks. The whole family loves it.
Beautiful ambiance. Delicious food. Friendly and efficient service.
Good food, good ambience. The waiter was a little slow getting to our appetizer and main dish orders, however, my attendance was just after the full reopen and I suspect the restaurant was not fully staffed. Otherwise, the people were friendly and the experience was overall very nice.
Love, love, Cedar Creek. Staff if awesome and food is always great. Love Ramon, our favorite waiter. He never fails to make sure we are happy and that everything is OK with our meal. Keep up the great work.
Friendly staff and excellent customer service! Highly recommend...
Great place to eat. Food is great and the service is excellent.
Food and wine were amazing. Our server was great. We had our apps and drinks come out and then our salads. Two minutes later here come the entree. She was irritated that it had happened like that but I told her it was OK. I didn’t want my food sent back.
I did not like having to sit outside in the white tent like circus animals. I had made reservations for my father for Father’s Day. It was hot and there was NO ambience. I understand the Covid situation. They could at least have a separate musician outside for us considering we could not here the music from inside.
Lovely restaurant and great service. We enjoyed this choice for our wedding anniversary.
I had a very nice lunch with friends, our first time together in 18 months. Our server was excellent and we were happy to find patio seating.
Had a nice dinner and the food and service were very good as expected.
A couple of suggestions for the managements attention
(It falls under 'attention to detail' and is what makes good establishments great)
1. When someone makes a reservation and asks for a quiet booth - you do not seat them in the booth closet to the kitchen!
2. When someone makes a reservation and tells you it is a special occasion - you would think that someone (hostess, waiter, etc) might take note and ask what the special occasion is.
It appears on Sunday’s they have a limited menu The food and service received was very good
We were looking to meet and converse. Perfect. Plus the food was very good. Well prepared. Eggs were cooked perfectly, which we can’t say for most places. Service was attentive, but not intrusive. Planning on going again.
Disappointed. We have been there before and found the restaurant was noisy, the food way too salty, slow service. Will not go back.
Very stable, always good for and service. Outdoor under roof is a good place to bring your dog.
Great food and service. Attentive and came quick for refills and to take orders. Food is always ok point here.
I had a great food experience, as always, the food was excellent and prepared well. The service was great as always with Ramon. We always look forward to coming back.
went to dinner after a graduation. The food is pricey but good, we sat in a back outside under roof cover area. the large fireplace was a nice touch. it was pretty noisy the way sound traveled in that area. Much different than being in the dining room. Overall good experience. expensive but good!
Our wait serviceman was amazing. Once I was greeted at the door I was told to wait until my guest arrived. I explained I couldn’t stand in the sun, but was told that was my choice. After 10 min a very nice young man took me to my seat...there were only 4 tables occupied and I could have been seated earlier. Guess I shouldn’t have arrived 10 min early.
The food was great and as stated the man that waited on us was incredible. I’ll be back but on time or late!
Enjoy the friendly staff. Food is delicious and a good value. Also enjoy the Manhattan's.
Expensive given the quality of the food. The beef in the braised short ribs was stringy; the wild shrimp and the prime rib were good but not great. The coconut cake, however, was fantastic. The service was very good.
Overall, the cost vis-à-vis the quality/taste of the food precludes any desire on our part to go back to this restaurant.
I made reservations for the dining room at 5:00pm. We were seated right away. The restaurant is beautiful and great for special occasions or every day dining. The service was excellent. I found the menu items and drink selections very reasonable in price. We opted for the prime rib and New York Steak. We both ordered medium rare as most restaurants tend to over cook the meat these days. The food came out really quickly which made me a little concerned, however everything was cooked perfectly. The prime rib was excellent, the New York was good but not the best I ever had. The best item on the menu was the coconut cake. It is a giant piece served warm with vanilla ice cream. We will definitely be back again to try their happy hour and Sunday Brunch. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
We were met with great service from the manager and seated in a perfect location for 8 people.
Always enjoy having lunch or dinner at Cedar Creek Inn. Favorite place to meet friends and family....good location for everyone.
Food excellent and service exceptional!
Adjacent event room did not have good ambiance. Server was extremely personable.
Making reservation for Outdoor seating was very easy. Got seated on their outdoor patio area and the tables seem to be spaced further apart than they normally are. The food was good as it always have been!
Cedar Creek is a wonderful place for conversation and a delicious meal.
Lovely way to connect with friends after so long because of Covid.
We felt very comfortable and safe. The cuisine was wonderful - thanks chef!
Great Food and the best service. Our go to for special occasions. The prime rib is delicious. My family loves the calamari appetizer, says it's the best they've had and they try it every where to compare. So far this one wins.
We were lucky enough to get a table in the area where the live music was! We so enjoyed listening to Debbie Ebert and Richard ihari along with Richard Abraham on saxophone! We celebrated my daughter's birthday and it was the best celebrations she said she had ever had in a long time and it was wonderful to get out again! Also the manager that evening was so pleasant and accommodating to everyone! She was very kind to us and checked on us but she also checked on everybody from the dining room to the bar! I so wish I knew her name!
Seated right on time. Server was attentive & very pleasant. Food was delicious, but prices definitely higher than I remember.
