'The food was amazing. Best olives I have ever had! The wagyu steak was very good quality, delicious and the pastas were outstanding. Caesar Salad was also excellent. The Service provided by Ross was excellent and made for a very nice evening. He was very polite, informative, and helpful in the selections for out party of 6. It was nice to get to know him a little. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Best memorable restaurant for us:) CPrime that my bf caught me in surprised and proposed yesterday, it was great birthday for him as well, we enjoyed bone marrow, lobster fettuccine and steak is best.and number service .Thank you Ross and Carol,Chef,you guys made our date night special.

We're from Las Vegas and went to C|Prime for my fiancé's birthday dinner. We found this to be a hidden gem and quite frankly easily rivals my favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas. Carol was our server, and as others have reviewed, she's a phenomenal waitress (who’s been with the restaurant for three years). She knows the menu inside and out and made top-notch recommendations. What was a standout to me, especially being south of the Canadian border, is the offering of a variety of Canadian beef. On the printed menu — but not on the website menu — is the Butchers Board, which gives an option of three cuts of meat from the menu (chef's choice). We were absolutely delighted with the Bistecca alla Fiorentine (Steak Florentine) that was made from a 34 oz. Porterhouse from Manitoba cattle (corn fed, Canadian prime) that offered two cuts of meat, and the topper to that was an Ontario cut of ribeye (grass fed, grain finish). Note: While we were able to polish off all of it (perhaps we were a tad overstuffed), three could also easily split with more appetizers/ antipasti. The Butchers Board comes with all three classic sauces (perfect flavour and consistencies) and two sides (mushroom risotto and rosemary mashed potatoes were incredible companions). But I shouldn't forget to mention the ridiculously delicious butter brioche rolls that were accompanied by a drool-worthy whipped butter concoction with roasted garlic and shallots (not to be missed!). Every review mentions the tiramisu, and it is worth the spectacle and the taste! Our wine choice (by the glass) was an Okanagan merlot which was outstandingly complex and far more interesting than others we've had. We also had their Old Fashioned, finished with smoked cherry oak. I don't think our dinner could have been any better. Thank you to the team for the hospitality and delightful ambience! Hope to be back on our next trip!
