Amsterdam's Chang-I restaurant is renowned for its contemporary and refined take on Asian fusion cuisine, served in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Thai mango salad with prawns and sweet and spicy dressing and the soft Japanese dumplings filled with Wagyu beef and vegetables make exceptional starters. Some of Chang-I's specialty entrée dishes include the grilled Wagyu tenderloin steak slathered in a rich duck liver sauce, the Thai fish pot with prawns, turbot, scallops and sea bass in a coconut milk and green curry sauce, the gon bao stir-fried chicken and the vegetable pot with tofu, kimchi and udon noodles, all of which are seasoned to perfection.

For a sweet end to your meal, enjoy Chang-I's creamy mango bavarois with rich caramel sauce, pandan cake and ginger ice cream.
