The polenta is to die for. It comes with the cod, which is also exceptional.
Went for a meal here with my partner and 2 friends. We were early and we were given a nice table in the bar area while waiting on our table. We had a delicious meal with nice wine. The service was excellent and we had a very enjoyable night.
Terrific staff, great food and a scenic location.
Lovely evening, the food was delicious, shared the prawn starter and had the chicken main and the burger, all amazing! And the service was great and the restaurant had a good vibe overall. Perfect spot to sip a glass of wine on a Friday night
Fab restaurant, great views. Food was delicious and the manager and staff were superb.
Excellent food and service as always with pleasant and friendly staff. Fantastic views and ambience due to superb location on the waterside. Highly recommend.
Lovely atmosphere. Nice food. friendly staff. good distance between tables. etc.
Amazing place with really good service and attendance! I totally recommend
The two girls running it are fab. Lovely food with a great view
Vegetarian was original. Sides really nice. Good ambience and lovely setting over the water. Staff were friendly and i like the open kitchen.
Amazing food and service. Venue is beautiful as well with great views of the water. Perfect place for a date
Absolutely loved the gambas dish, Ham and cheese croquettes and frosé.
Good menu, food, staff and drinks. Was quiet enough so we could have a chat, nice relaxed atmosphere.
Cant wait to go back.
Thank you to Charlotte Quay for hosting a group of 6 of us on Friday the 3rd of July. The resturant went above and beyond to make us feel at ease in the resturant with the new covid 19 restrictions in place (which they implemented impeccably). The food, the atmosphere and the service was second to none as per usual.
A massive thank you to our sever AnneMarie who made our evening - her bubbly can do attitude rubbed off on our party and had us all in great form. We’ll be back!!
Really good. The service and view of the Grand Canal are amazing.
We were there for a pre-theatre meal and was really quiet. I wished that we had been there for the whole evening as it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Food was amazing and the venue itself is really special! Would definitely go back!
Faultless meal in a lovely location. Staff very attentive.
Our waitress was very friendly, helpful and professional - we felt she went a step above to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves. Our party were awkward for the restaurant, as two of us were arriving at 6:00, and needed to leave at 7:30, and three others of our party weren't arriving until 7:00, and were in no hurry! But they made it all work. The food was delicious, particularly the Venison meat ball starter - it was yummy! We had a bit of food envy going on at our table, although everyone enjoyed their choices.
This restaurant has become a favourite of ours when attending a show at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre, and we are always happy with our meal and service.
The food was amazing– I had the daily special of Duck Confit and it was delicious. Staff were very pleasant.
Great dining experience. Amazing food at great value, would definitely return again. Would highly recommend.
The restaurant was in a fantastic location on the quay overlooking the river. The staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a varied menu with plenty of choice. The food was delicious. Overall a very nice meal in a beautiful restaurant.
This local eatery is a gem - delicious, well-presented, imaginative food, very friendly staff who make the diner feel welcome, and a stunning setting "on the water"! The Early Bird menu offers very good choice.
Was a very nice place, the location is beautiful, watching the sea while eating is always a good thing. And is a great place just to drink a few pints.
Great late lunch with stunning views out . Canvas and burger both delicious . Top service from Anne-Marie
My partner took me to Charlotte Queue for my birthday ! The food was perfect and the service was top class they could not do enough for us ! It was also lovely to be able to look out on The Grand Canal Dock it made the atmosphere.
Great Atmosphere, deliciously flavoursome food. Top class service. As a first time customer I would definitely return and recommend!
We really enjoyed ourselves. We will certainly be back (yet again!)
Had drinks in the bar before dinner, lovely atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Had the pre-theatre menu in the restaurant, service was excellent & food was delicious. Would recommend.
Nice restaurant with nice view of the Liffey
The staff are excellent and pleasant
Myself and my son had a memorable experience in this restaurant. The view of the canal is stunning, the food was simply gorgeous. I had the confit of duck and my son had a burger. Taste sensations for both of us. The ambiance was so good. The service was impeccable.
Great food, friendly staff, helpful, cosy and a good buzz in the restaurant
Very good with lovely staff. Super food and a great view. All in all 1st class
Great service, atmosphere and food. It was buzzing after the rugby which made for a fun night.
Stuff are very friendly. Would have appreciated if they would have offered a small tarte or whatever for the anniversary :)
Good venue, service a little slow but they seemed to be just off a busy sitting. Will be back.
Our first time at Charlotte Quay and really enjoyed it. Food was excellent which was accompanied by super service. Also to sit and look out over the quay is beautiful. Overall a very positive experience.....would highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!
Great experience, Setting perfect. Music a bit loud for social chat
The location is superb. But privacy is difficult to get. A steak was 31 € and it was quite hard to cut. For a fraction of the cost I get something way better at the local pub.
The staff were really good. I asked what was gluten free on the menu and they knew straight away. They also replaced sausages on the cod dish with bacon for me because they weren't gluten free. So good!
Excellent service and a lovely meal before the theater. Very good value
