    The food was amazing. The prime rib was perfect, my wife’s scallops and shrimp were perfect. The scallops were huge! Jay was great as our server, we will be asking for him again. Just a great place to eat, highly recommend.

    Food good. Nothing great and pricey for what we got. I had shrimp Caesar salad and he had a seafood omelet and we both had ice tea and it was $72. So with tip $85. Not that great for the price tag.

    We always enjoy dining here. The staff is very friendly. Escargot is fantastic. Ask for bread with it. Isaiah was our waiter he gets 5 stars.

    Great ambience! The service was perfect. Isaiah was our server. I enjoyed the pomegranate martini. Our fish was cooked perfectly.

    We’ve gone to this restaurant probably a dozen times and also came out satisfied except for the last time. We sat at 6:15 and didn’t get our main course till 7:30. The  Pontchartrain sauce was extremely salty. Otherwise the food was good. We had an 8 pm concert to get to and the server knew this but still was slow. He kept walking back and forth but was doing anything. Noticed his other tables were taking awhile to get service. Then he gave us the wrong bill that took an additional 15-20 min and manager intervention to resolve. And we didn’t receive any comp. Again they know us there so a little disappointed.

    I have been to Chart House several times. It never disappoints. Beautiful restaurant with a wonderful view. Overlooks Golf course looking into bay. Service was professional. Food was wonderful. Steak slightly under cooked and had to be sent back but a wonderful flavor. They are paying attention to details. Well worth the visit.

    The appetizer was average. The bread is the best part but it’s nothing exceptional. Salad is small. Any salad in the double digit $ should be amazing and this one is average at best you will get a better salad at salt grass. Prime rib was dry, no flavor and lukewarm, mashed potatoes tasted like they had been sitting in a pot for two hours. Very small portion. The coconut shrimp tasted like something you would get at bubba gumps, not even that good. Service was excellent to start then they got busy and we were forgotten. Had a total of four different items off their menu. None of them would’ve scored over a three on a one to ten scale. Wont be back.
