An immersive, memorable dining experience, surrounded by activity, produce and wine in the restaurant’s kitchen. The focused intensity of the kitchen creates a fantastic atmosphere, as dishes are created and presented in front of your party. The crescent table seats up to 10, with the party facing the kitchen.
5 or 7 course lunch menu, and 7 course dinner menu.
Our Head Sommelier can create wine pairings for your meal, either working to a budget or through a recommended selection.

We booked the chefs table almost by accident as the main restaurant was full.
The whole experience was fantastic.
We are foodies and the food was superb.
The wine list was great.
The staff were both professional and friendly without being too in your face. Excellent.
We will be back.

The chefs table was very well set out, food very good and different to have no menu (every course a surprise!) always great to watch a kitchen at work and the wine pairing was also an excellent choice. Little pricey on the water (just a pet hate of mine) and we did manage to rack up a bill of £190 a head with 2 x champagne and an extra bottle of wine! Had we been sensible and had the £59 meal and £75 wine pairing only then £134 (plus service) would have seemed pretty good value to be honest.

There were eight of us, mainly family, with ages ranging from 24 to 76. The service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for Lucas who was looking after us at the Chef's Table. I asked for a finger bowl and this was produced without fuss and I was provided with another for the cheese course. The sommelier was knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. Two of the group had the flight of wines and the choice was exceptional. It was interesting to hear from the young chefs and also to see the whole operation of the kitchen - right through to the cleaning down. I would recommend for a group of 8, 10 might be a little crowded. A different eating experience away from the main crowds and allowing for plenty of chat.

The chef's table experience was definitely something to be remembered and to repeat again. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and really made the evening special. The food was all delicious and beautifully presented, each course a surprise and paired perfectly with a great selection of wines which we left in the capable hands of the head sommelier who took us on a journey around the world. The chefs demonstrated their passion for the food and took time to explain to us what they had created, which made us appreciate each mouthful even more. This was an excellent evening and we left full and happy and very well taken care of.
