The nearby Imperial Wharf Station has direct trains to Clapham Junction (four minutes) and connects with London Underground (one stop).
For a five star hotel the whole experience was underwhelming. The hotel temperature was cool and the menu very unexciting. The staff did their best but won’t be returning.
The service was excellent. They respected my oil allergy. We were all pleased with the food. The restaurant has lovely views over Chelsea Harbour.
Fabulous service and wonderful music! The food was delicious and views amazing! Thank you to the pianist for playing our requests! Thank you to the manager for coming out to meet me when I couldn't find my way-very kind!!! Would highly recommend!!
I booked this as it was an area that my father grew up in when he lived in London as a child! We were very pleased with the hotel, the view and the service - which was excellent - not too much or too little. Although the menu was not extensive, it was well thought out and the food was well presented and tasty. Would recommend
Beautiful place , with delicious kitchen and excellent service , the view is lovely
We booked the table online as was our anniversary. The watter was briliant very polite and fast with the order. The view was beautiful and the atmosphere was incredible. I have nothing less to say but the best i will give as a score overall 10/10.
Ps if you ever go there you should try the stake 8oz.
Christmas Day Lunch was poor. The food was edible but lazy. The staff were good. The atmosphere was non existent. Highly unrecommended
Really nice restaurant, the gentleman that served us was exceptional. Really nice and helpful staff and amazing views. Will be back in the summer, save me a good seat over looking thr harbour!
We visited for Sunday lunch to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We opted for the unlimited champagne and lunch menu and were not disappointed. Our glass was never empty and the food was excellent.
They had a wide variety of choice including a seafood choice , roasts, salads to name a few.
The pudding clinched the deal , absolutely delightful with a choice for all palets.
Would I return - absolutely. The service and staff were excellent and they catered for all our needs .
Well done and thank you to the team for making our day so special.
Fabulous location, excellent views especially as dusk was settling, great service, good menu variety and food. No complaints, would highly recommend.
My wife and I had a fantastic evening. The food was great along with the service. At the end the waiter was kind in preparing a small cake for us free of charge to to help celebrate our anniversary. I will be going back soon
Food was ok. Service very slow. Ambience was ok. The service at the bar was extremely slow.
Went there for my husband's birthday and had a toddler and a 4 year old with us. The staff could not have been more accommodating and even though the weather wasn't good enough to sit outside as I had requested they gave us a lovely table with lots of space.
They brought my husband a complimentary delicious dessert with a birthday message without me asking for it which I thought was very sweet.
It was a quiet day but the service was excellent and the food delicious. We'll definitely be back again 😊
We chose the location for celebrating our daughters Graduation day. Wonderful location, food stunning and extremely friendly staff. We will definitely return 😊 The weather was fabulous too so sitting outside enjoying the views was amazing!
I made a reservation and arrived to find nobody to seat us. I went to the bar and asked where we should sit for dinner. He said kitchen closed, rudely. I said I had a reservation. He asked under what name. He called my name to the other bar tender, and he rolled his eyes. Both incredibly rude. He then reiterated kitchen closed with no apologies. Clearly a place for drunks.
The food was pricy. Not worth the money. The kitchen sent the carrpacio without parmesan. The hamburger: I ordered medium rata got very well done. .. inedible
Lovely afternoon tea, great riverside view, good service
Food average but expensive. Service slow and not attentive
Great service. Great food. Be back soon :) Manager and chef attended to our request. Food is delicious good value for money.
Everything was great. Thank you
Spectacular terrace view on a sunny warm early spring day! With a good mate over lovely glass of wine. The food was out of this world, particularly my Cesar salad - immaculate on a presentation side plus tasted great. We will be back.
Great food and superb service but lacking atmosphere
Disappointed that on arrival I was informed that we (our party) had been moved from the Restaurant to the Bar even though I had reserved our table for eight two weeks in advance. Apparently my booking was passed over for some corporate function! Fortunately this did not ruin the day.
Great service and really amazing staff !!!
Great service made even better by the surprise addition of a beautiful slice of free cake when the waiter heard it was my birthday ... thank you!!
Just popped in for a spot of lunch and had the set menu. Overall it was very nice and extremely good value for the location. The view of the marina and the Thames is worth the visit alone.
1 word of warning. If you order the French onion soup (nice) then beware, they do the pouring at the table as is the wont of many restaurants now. Pointless in my view, usually harmless though but in this case as the onions slopped out I was spattered with soup. The girl who served was apologetic and I'm always fairly chilled about such things and was not in my finest garb but the white shirted or fancy clobbered take heed . Wasn't her fault really as I doubt it was her idea. The staff were all very nice (well except 1 but the rest were lovely)
Great restaurant and the service was superb
Disappointing took my daughter there for her birthday as she wanted somewhere with views of the harbour and had seen some good reviews. However the place lacked ambience the food was bland, not good quality and relatively expensive. Wish we had stayed in the Ivy in Chelsea where we went for pre-dinner cocktails.
