Delicious food but very inattentive and unproactive service

Everything was good 😊

We ordered food before everyone in the restaurant as we came in first and the bale that came in after received there food first and we had a 3 year old who was hungry and we told them to hurry up but they took their time. Do not go there.

Food was superb- service was ok but one meal arrived after everyone else had finished

The food is lovely in this restaurant, but the service is very slow and the seating arrangements are very cramp. The majority of food we ordered took ages to come out, with one member of our group already finishing his food before the rest of us including young children even received their plates. It want even busy!

Had a kid with me n staff was kind to help me out with the sitting. Food was delicious as expected

had a booking for 5.30 and the restaurant was not opened and they let us in but said they cant take our order for half hour!! claimed they were not aware of the booking as they don't open till 6pm. Apart from that the food was lovely and great value, its a cafeteria style so don't expect fine dining or any ambiance

Great food and a great explanation. The buffet wasn’t as varied as the other dishes which looked a little more exciting! Mango lassi was wonderful

By far the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. We walked in and there was not a single member or staff to be seen in the restaurant as they were all in the kitchen (including the one waiter they had) everyone had to find heir own tables as no one came out of the kitchen for at least 20 min so we were all sitting there waiting for orders to be taken. Then one customer when up to the kitchen to ask if anyone was here to serve and got told to “take a seat and wait”. When the waiter did come out there was no apology or even a hello. Then a man who looked drunk and overly scruffy and dirty walked in walking into all the tables and chairs and not able to take control of himself, to our shock, walked into the kitchen as he is one of the chefs! I wouldn’t ever return again as both service and food was of a low standard

Great true authentic South India Veg food . This had the taste which we get in India with right mix of spices .All dishes were good , I got even Pongal which I could not find anywhere else , so it was great to see a South Indian veg platter what we call Tiffin platter , great for all day eating . Buffett is best and worth the money .

Delicious food, my second time eating here and I will return! Only slight niggle was that the samosas were cold in the middle as they had clearly come out of the freezer and deep fried - it's totally fine that they were frozen obviously but would've been nice if they were warmed right through to the middle. Apart from that, very tasty indeed!
