We really enjoyed our meal here. We asked to sit in a booth by the windows so we could see the river. It was warm with the sun coming in on us in late afternoon but still totally worth it because we saw geese and a heron. The highlight was seeing a bear walk by. The four of us ordered different things and all of the food was very good. The service was excellent. This was our second visit and we will be back the next time we are in town.

Disappointed this time. Although one of my favorite Gatlinburg restaurants, the broiled seafood platter was barely warmed over, dry and certainly not cooked to order. Waiter was frustrated that we did not order our main course as our drinks were served. Glad we waited because main course was served within 2 minutes of placing order. Not what we had hoped for.

Ashley provided excellent service, meal was delicious and well prepared, great menu selections, reasonable prices, neighborhood gem, great location, excellent wine and drink list. Our go to spot for fine dining.

Not the best! We are foodies and we requested a nice seafood restaurant in the area and this is what we received. The floors were dirty, food was on the chairs, they would not allow us to switch tables with four open visibly available (sadly). Christina left approximately six napkin sets on our table (guess she forgot to take them with her) as she cleaned the area and never came back to check on us. Her reasoning behind the filth was related to the busboy being in an accident and going blind (really!). While we were there we did not see one person struggling to clean tables. Now on to the waiter, we wanted the steamed seafood platter w/lobster. He said he didn’t mention the lobster because it was expensive approx $50 extra. It was the principle of the matter, we wanted lobster. The large shrimp was not deveined (yuk). Sadly, they did not offer a complementary drink, appetizer or bread! Our expectations were not met in the least, we opted not to have dessert.

Enjoyed the raw oysters. Larry was a great server with one exception. We found two items on our tab that we didn’t order. My husband didn’t check the bill before paying. But we will go back next year.

The seafood was good and fresh. Drinks from the bar were below average and very slow coming. We were seated near the windows which had a great view of the creek, but AC vents were directly blowing on us. Frigid!

We come every year and multiple visits while in Gatlinburg. Seafood tower remains excellent. Ahi tuna appetizer is fantastic. The trout and filet hit home! Best Bloody Mary I have had in awhile. Great server. Highly professional.
