Celebrated my birthday at this unique place and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The salad bar had many flavorful offerings and my BF is a trained chef so enjoyed many of the interesting tastes. The room is spacious and they moved the tables 6ft. apart. Waiters were in masks of course and hand sanitizer and gloves were available.
We chose the beef offering and were introduced to several preparations which were very tasty. The pop-over style rolls were delicious and they offer about five extras like polenta, mashed potatoes, spreads and other items beyond what you choose from the buffet. For my birthday treat I was able to substitute the delicious key lime pie instead of cheesecake. A wonderful special occasion experience and I'll return to try some of the other tastes.

We have been here several times, best visit yet. Food was excellent. Not too salty, good flavor and hot. Service was great. Looking forward to next visit.

Great experience overall. A distinct attention to detail on display, from COVID social distancing and cleanliness measures to a wide selection of tasty roast meat on swords! Roast pineapple and delectable cheesy bread were also a favorite! We’ll be back.
We had a great time at Chima. The staff was very kind at all times. We asked for fried banana 3 times and did not receive it. The only concern our table had was that every table was filled. The precautions at the salad bar are appreciated, but the prior practice of having staff serve at the salad bar gave better piece of mind. This is nothing on staff. Otherwise, it was a great experience and we hope to return in the future once numbers trend in more positive manner.
Food and service was great but the lack of social distancing was a concern.
There were too many people there at the same time dining too closely to one another. I wished they would limit the amount of people and separated the tables further from one another
Two large parties were sat besides us one on the right and left with approx 10-12 people.

I have been a patron for years, and had seen a little decline a few years back. The recent experience reinforced my prior opinion: the best churrasqueria in the area.
They don’t have a sommelier and the server knew absolutely nothing about wine. They were unable to provide a wine list because of COVID restrictions, and while the server made a point to advise that not all wines were posted to the website, he couldn’t name any of the wines that weren’t. So how are we supposed to order them? And I’m sorry but for as much as this place costs, there should be two forks at the table, not one. If you’re NOT looking for a classy experience, this is the place for you.

10/10 Overall our experience was outstanding in all aspects. Chima’s hospitality ranks above all the Brazilian steakhouses around the area. The moment we walked in the restaurant we were welcomed by friendly and attentive hostesses. It was a little busy, so they made sure we were updated on our table every couple minutes. We took a seat at the bar while we waited and we were served by Wendy she had a very positive attitude, and made sure we were satisfied with our drinks!! Our server Andrew did a fantastic job attending to our needs, and checking up on us. Loved his charisma and hospitality. He told us about the return of the lobster tails !!(they’re an extra charge of $20) Make sure to try them on your next visit, they will not disappoint. We will most definitely be back to this establishment.

One of the best Brazilian Steakhouses I have been to in the USA.
Manager & Staff came to check on us many times. My Birthday, got a little cheesecake for free. If you want the Rodizio make sure you come hungry. Just the salad bar is enough to make you full. Valet parking is a plus, it was raining when I got there, so pretty handy.

The food was amazing. Seasoned well comes out fast. The waitresses and services are top tier. Everyone kind. The table set up was very nice.
Everything we ate was delicious and perfectly made. Service was attentive. Excellent safety practices at the salad bar. They only negative was that we arrived with no reservations and were told we were unlikely to be seated. We ordered a drink at the bar, and I pulled out OpenTable to figure out a Plan B--when a saw an available reservation and returned to the hostess. That was odd--best to reserve!
It was great getting back out with friends and to come to my favorite place ever! Best place to go if you’re a meat lover and that of high quality!
We always have a great dinning experience at Chimas! I was especially impressed with their health and safety precautions.
I can never complain about making reservations or valet. The food remains constant and satisfying.
My only complaint is the following regarding our waiter. The last two visits we’ve had, our winter has been horrible. I understand dining area gets full and busy but other waiters have managed to juggle the challenges and well. Our last two waiters were very forgetful and spoke a lot but didn’t deliver in actions. Very disappointing when you need coffee and non sugar is brought and when you ask for some it takes longer than 4 minutes and coffee has cooled. Different kinds of meat also were requested and didn’t arrive until food was complete and bellies full. I don’t complain about many things but it’s stressful to be served by someone incompetent
Emmanuel is an excellent server. Server’s of his caliber should be be in management because he truly knows and understands the customers needs, wants, and understands what organizational hospitality is. So often we look over the quality expertise that we have right under our noses. As a Director and a CEO I have learned how to recognize and appreciate those that truly impact my daily operations. Never should anyone who contributes so must not be allowed to grow in the company and enhance its quality. Emmanuel would be perfect as a Director of hospitality services. Please do not lose this jewel because he is rare.
I love dining at Chima, the service is always great and the wait staff is always very attentive.
It was very good. The on duty manager was very helpful. We were able to get the discount for our meals. What happen was that we thought they still have the Fall special and can use my son birthday discount. We called and verified before we made the reservation but we were told the Fall special was done a week ago after we were seated.
The only compliant we had, was that there were a big party (10 +) next to us. They were noise and a little too close when couple of them were trying to take a picture. they were not wearing masks. that kind of make us feel uneasy.

This is my 3rd time dining at Chima's in the last two months. Food, service, ambience have all been consistently excellent! Adequate spacing between tables for social distancing. Use of disposable gloves at the salad bar a huge plus. A great place to dine!
