It was very good. The on duty manager was very helpful. We were able to get the discount for our meals. What happen was that we thought they still have the Fall special and can use my son birthday discount. We called and verified before we made the reservation but we were told the Fall special was done a week ago after we were seated.
The only compliant we had, was that there were a big party (10 +) next to us. They were noise and a little too close when couple of them were trying to take a picture. they were not wearing masks. that kind of make us feel uneasy.
otherwise it was as usual good experience, good food and great service.
This is my 3rd time dining at Chima's in the last two months. Food, service, ambience have all been consistently excellent! Adequate spacing between tables for social distancing. Use of disposable gloves at the salad bar a huge plus. A great place to dine!

Love this place! It was my birthday, and they gave me a yummy cheesecake with strawberry sauce! The service was great, ruler & Steve were always checking on us, as well as other staff. Thank you & we’ll be back!

I went there for my birthday and it is because of Restaurant Week $35 special. The waiter did not present the special to me when I sat down. So, I was under the assumption that $35 was the price. After the meal is done, I was charged full price. When I complained, he said that they had two specials $35 and $49. Since, I ate 7 meats, he has to charged me $49. Granted he adjusted my bill from $56 per person to $49, however, he should have told me from the beginning. He should have asked me do you want the special or the regular menu.
In the future, I am going to think twice about going to your restaurant when you have a special price for restaurant week.

Our favorite steak house for the passed 10 years. Has the same consistent amazing service and food every time. We always look forward to our time at Chima and enjoy bringing friends to discover their new found favorite too.
Overall pretty good, however premium meat cuts don’t go by very often and you have to keep asking for them. Salad bar was well diversified and good quality on all options.
I've been to a lot of restaurants since Covid and unfortunately noticed that the quality of the food, service, or both was heavily impacted negatively. Fortunately, this was not the case at Chima. The salad bar was delicious and fresh, better than pre-covid days in my opinion. My mom really enjoyed her salmon, and I found the meats to be ok, the same as before the pandemic. The service was excellent as well, and the place is extremely clean!
Manager very accommodating with special request. Staff responsive when specific cuts were requested. Meat and fish were unusually dry this visit. Overall flavor was great just meat and fish were a little over cooked (chicken). Will visit again as this was the first time I’ve experienced overcook meat and fish.
It was more crowded than I expected and looked like a normal Saturday night, which surprised me considering the Corona Virus is still impacting everything around us. The many offering service, however, were constantly and politely masked. I am not new to this restaurant; it is always a pleasure and a real treat to dine there.

The waitresses that we had were both serving a very large graduation party behind us and that’s totally fine for them to have a large party but they had paid zero attention to our table, there was no spoons over by the soup section and I asked our waiter for a spoon three times and counted it aloud to the other people at our table and not once did he give me a spoon and I was sure to ask the same waiter three times because he had still not gotten it and every time he told me OK and walked away as if he was going to get it. It is not OK to assign extra tables to these waiters who are extremely busy with a 30 person or more party. It is not fair to the guests of the restaurant or for the reputation of the restaurant. This was a very unprofessional move but the people bn in charge of assigning tables.
Other than that, the food was great as it always is. This is a regular spot for me but in order for this restaurant to improve they must have critical guests Bc this was absolutely unacceptable.
As usual, we had a great time at Chima!
They have taken great precautions to make sure we felt safe continuing to dine there throughout the pandemic and we intend to visit again soon.

The staff and food were fantastic. They were welcoming and engaging and this made for a comfortable dining experience from the time we arrived at the bar to the time we departed from our table.
The meat was cooked superbly. We could not fault it. We didn’t bother with the salad bar, but it looked nice as we walked past it. Why bother with salad when the meat is as good as this?!
The only negative (which isn’t really much of a negative to be honest) is that the discs they provide to say when you need a ‘pause’ just get ignored and the meat just keeps coming. A couple of times we simply got overwhelmed with options.
Regardless, the experience was great and we have recommended the restaurant to others.
It was a beautiful Saturday evening dinner. I celebrated my birthday and I felt very safe with the procedures and staff informing guest. Food was delicious however the gratuity was already calculated in the bill which I didn’t expect. Nonetheless a great experience as always!

10/10 Overall our experience was outstanding in all aspects. Chima’s hospitality ranks above all the Brazilian steakhouses around the area. The moment we walked in the restaurant we were welcomed by friendly and attentive hostesses. It was a little busy, so they made sure we were updated on our table every couple minutes. We took a seat at the bar while we waited and we were served by Wendy she had a very positive attitude, and made sure we were satisfied with our drinks!! Our server Andrew did a fantastic job attending to our needs, and checking up on us. Loved his charisma and hospitality. He told us about the return of the lobster tails !!(they’re an extra charge of $20) Make sure to try them on your next visit, they will not disappoint. We will most definitely be back to this establishment.
The service was very poor I barely had 5 kinds of meat passed by. This is the worst time I have been to Chima usually I ha e a great experience but this time was terrible
It was a busy night when we went in for a dinner. This place was packed! Tables were fully seated, no social distancing at all. People were at the salad bar without masks too. We had to ask for our meat to three different servers and still had to wait. I’ve been to Chima several times and this was the worst. Food taste was okay as usual but the service wasn’t there!
