Friendly, informal Argentinian restaurant with a neighbourhood feel. I had come from the other side of London to eat here with an old pal - and I'd come again. The pulpo (octopus) was splendid, as were the short ribs. Ironically, no chimichurri sauce was on offer with our meat or other condiments - perhaps this was an oversight. Interesting looking wine list I'd like to explore further. Very conveniently located near the tube.

Service was attentive but not overbearing, food was simple but delicious. Don’t order the short rib if you like your meat well done! We we’ll definitely be back again soon

The food was great and the service outstanding taking in consideration that was a busy Vday night and the restaurant was full. We had Argentinian stake, octopus and some empanadas for starters.

We arrived there quite early and the restaurant was empty. But gradually it was fully occupied. The staff were super friendly and the food was simply amazing. We had three different kinds of wine from Argentina and they were all very tasty.

Amazing food and even better service. Steaks and pork were grilled to perfection; salt crusted exterior was flavorful and the inner meat juicy and tender. The servers are so kind, attentive, and passionate about the food. One of the few places I will revisit in London.

Had a really nice time here and friends agreed. The service was great and the steaks and accompaniments were delicious. I was a little worried when the waiter didn't ask how we liked the steaks but they came out nicely medium rare. Cozy atmosphere. Some more chimichurri sauce would have been good though, as one little dipper between 4 is never enough.

Read a review "A local gem". We are not local but decided to try. Review should read "A Local Joy"! Really good food, service in such a friendly way I had for gotten and overall so cheerful! Portions are very generous. House wine, Argentinian Malbec naturally excerllent. Family run in spirit and applauded. We will travel up from Surrey again for lunch. Great fun. Thank you All! Peter

Not a big restaurant so booking is recommended as it can get busy. Food was great and there was a good vibe - much better than some of the bigger chains such as Gaucho.

Return visit for a business lunch. Amazing value for the fixed lunch choices. Meat really good. House red is good. Great and friendly service. Love the chimchurri dips - they are delicious. We only had main courses and wine/soft drinks as we were on a deadline. The bill for lunch was extremely reasonable for a really good meal. One of the lunchtime guests suggests that the music could be more traditional and have music from Argentina. Have also been in the evening with my partner and it is much livelier and buzzier.

Chimichurris continues to impress - the menu is slightly larger (the beef milanese options are well worth a try) but the classics on their menu - the steaks, pulpo asado - continue to be cooked perfectly every time.
Its a simple place but gets it all right and I will continue to go back!

Our 3rd visit to Chimichurri's and I have already booked a table for a 4th. It is now one of our favourite places in London as the food is outstanding. It was our first time at lunch, it was really quiet, I definitely prefer the atmosphere at dinner, however it is still casual and cool. We had rib-eye,sirloin, chimi fries, mashed potatoes and the amazing sweetbreads. Dessert was also great, can't wait to be back for the Malbec too. Staff is also friendly and quick.

We were in London for a couple of days and were looking for an authentic Argentinian restaurant. We were lucky to find Chimmichurris, it was even better than expected. The locale was clean and the decor pleasant and informal. Many of the traditional River Plate dishes were on offer; I plumped for the Plato porteño( olives, cheese, salami) followed by a rib-eye steak, cooked on the Padilla, and my wife had the aubergine/ goats cheese combo followed by the special milanesa. It was all very tasty, the steak sourced from Argentina was outstanding. The wine, a carafe of Malbec was also excellent, and the service was prompt and friendly. We will definitely go again on our next visit to London!
