Love the restaurant. It’s our new favourite restaurant in Pimlico.
We go very often there for lunch, brunch or breakfast Always very happy
Outstanding in every aspect. Superb restaurant manager and staff.
Very nice restaurant, relaxing atmosphere and great food.
Beautiful new addition to restaurants in Belgravia. Overall, it’s a nice place for breakfast, but expectedly expensive. At this price croissants should be fresh and warm. They’re not. You’re paying for the decor rather than the food here. Having said that I’d go again.
Excellent we have visited 4 times since it opened and every time it was excellent
We had a pleasant lunch with friends in the middle of the week. It was a very civilize place with good service and good food. Would definitely recommend either for lunch or dinner.
Great service, good food. Works well for business meetings for breakfast or lunch as well as dinner a deux in the evenings.
Great! We will repeat very soon
Food and service was delicious and reasonably priced!
Recommend in general although drink was forgotten as was dessert. It can be quite noisy when only half full.
Food was good, but we felt a bit rushed to free the table despite the fact that there were a few empty tables at that time.
Had the restaurant to ourselves but felt the theatre prefix wasn’t very vegetarian/vegan friendly.
Tired staff food okey nice interior very pleasant evening.
Italian restaurant with delicious food, nice atmosphere and great service, I recommend the zucchini Fritti and the Pumpkin Ravioli.
Four of us had an excellent and convivial dinner at Chucs this week.
Good food and service and a very comfortable surroundings.
Beautiful dining room
Tables too small and too close to each other and guests kept knocking things out whilst squeezing through!
Good food but quite a long wait for dishes to be served even though the restaurant wasn’t full
The food was really good. The truffle pizza and Cacio e Pepe were amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating and we really enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant.
Small but appealing dishes
New restaurant; will improve with time.
Beautiful restaurant, lovely staff, excellent cocktails, but main dishes were too salty.
Awful experience froM start to finish. The level of rudeness from every member of staff would make you think you’re being punked. There were three other tables in the entire restaurant and it still took an hour to be served pasta. When the food eventually arrived it was luke warm. After dinner while finishing our drink the manager then came over and very rudely stated the table was needed and we needed to leave. Avoid at all costs. £22 for cold pasta, no thanks.
Dear Guest, Thank you for leaving us your feedback. I am deeply saddened to hear of your experience and would be very grateful if you could supply us with a bit more information regarding your booking. Would you be so kind as to confirm that it was Chucs Belgravia that you dined at this evening and if you could please tell me that name and time of the reservation so that I may investigate as to how this happened? Kind regards, Alex Robertson General Manager
Excellent lovely ambience
Great place. Good atmosphere, excellent food, nice people. Good value. Absolutely worth it.
Front of house said I had no reservation and that my guest had not arrived before me ... both untrue!! Service incredibly slow, food mediocre and did not care for other guests who spent the whole evening taking flash photos on their phones to the annoyance of other diners including ourselves. Will not be returning or recommending this place.
Very rude, unwelcoming. They cancelled my reservation on open table to prevent me from commenting. Had us waiting forever, no apologies. Been to this restaurant many times but never again. Terrible experience!
Food was not good and bad service
My favorite neighborhood restaurant!!!!
Beautiful new restaurant! Belgravia needed something like that. Interior design is lovely, feels like you are not in London. Love almost everything, we even got a complimentary glass with bubbles. The only little disappointment, my truffle risotto was very average but I’ve sure other dishes are nicer.
The menu looks nice, but the food is totally bad. Without any flavour and taste and idea. Waiting time for every dish is about 40min.
Never disappoints! Great food, great ambience and impeccable service
