The combination of the so-so service, overly expensive menu items, and loud setting made us regret coming here. The food was only ok, but everything else was disappointing. We used to come here frequently prior to Covid, but will not be back.

Husband and I had a fabulous dinner starting with Cibo's homemade brick oven bread and dipping oil and the Calamari appetizer. Main dishes of Veal Parm and THE best Bolognese anywhere! made with Cibo's own homemade pasta cooked to perfection! Great, friendly waitstaff. Love this place!

This was pretty much a perfect dining experience. Friendly host & waitress, excellent service. The wine by the glass was perfectly served: both red and white wine were at the right temperature in a cooled glass (which doesn't happen often elsewhere because the glasses are warm, and the red wine is served too warm while the white wine is served too cold). Fresh bakes bread perfectly served for the table. The food was really delicious. Cibo Matto comes highly recommended!

Our server was fantastic! She was on top of things and even though they were very busy she kept the pace. If you’re going on a Friday night be sure to make a reservation!

Great food as always and great service! Our only complaint was the noise level - a bit too loud for our taste. Also we had the table closest to the door so one of us had a lot of people moving behind us which was a bit annoying.

Noisy, crowded, pleasant server but probably had too many tables to really be on top of things. Food for all 4 of us was average at best. We were seated near the open kitchen and by the end of the night our eyes were burning from the grease and smoke coming from the kitchen. Won't go again.

Always love it here… updated inside and when weather gets nice the outdoor patio is great. Our server Jenna was and is always great, 13 years there says something. Unfortunately the food quality was not up to its usual standard. Bread was stale, my usual staple chicken piccata was about half the size it used to be with over cooked penne. Our friends hamburger overcooked and our others risotto looked and tasted like porridge. I do have to say the beet salad was delicious and my husband loved the pork Milanese which was huge. We still will return being a neighborhood restaurant but feels like another result of COVID quality and portion sizes changing.

Went here on a whim during a local camping trip in Mansfield. Quality of food is easily comparable to boston's famous North End. My husband and I know good Italian and this place doesn't disappoint. Had the monk fish and my husband had veal. Superb! Also, beef carpaccio was one of the best I've had. Definitely check this place out

The food is amazing, and I eat in the North End in Boston often. The pasta is homemade. Roasted Eggplant Sandwich is fantastic, and I'm very picky about my eggplant. Service is fast and attentive. The bread alone worth coming back for. 5 stars!

Bread was awful, way too much salt. My husband and son got the chicken special, both were extremely ill when we got home. Other son hated the mac and cheese. Made a reservation for 4 for birthday occasion yet sat in the middle of people with kid on one side, should not have made a reservation. Did not reach out about any cake, etc. Why offer the reason on reservations. Empty booths when we got there. Have been to Italy many times the food was not good.
