About Cinnamon Bazaar

Cinnamon Bazaar is the latest restaurant & cocktail bar from Vivek Singh's range of Cinnamon restaurants, situated in London’s Covent Garden.

We are a dining concept that mixes real Indian heritage with urban London, and our menus have been inspired by the marketplaces that lie on the trading routes that connect the empires of the Old World.

The cross-cultural dining experience embraces the democratic spirit of a bazaar, making us a real cultural melting pot – the perfect place to eat, drink, relax and celebrate.

Our private dining room, the Khari Baoli, is situated on the first floor above the hustle & bustle of the restaurant, and can accommodate 12 – 30 guests in this picturesque dining room, featuring its very own private bar. It is a real democratic place for people to meet, eat, drink, exchange ideas, work and celebrate.

Walked past so many times and finally made it in to eat. Food was lovely, as vegetarian our choice of mains was slightly limited but still enough. We love paneer and almost always have a variation of that ... a delicious and different version! Everything we had was a delight. Staff were very friendly and attentive - altogether a delightful experience.

Lovely restaurant. Fab service. Very good food, had the 8 course try menu. Didnt really like one of the dishes so it was taken away by the lovely Anna Maria and swapped for something we did like. Easy.

Just a fantastic place all around! Great ambiance, service and great food. My teenage kids are not big on Indian food and absolutely loved.

As always and excellent meal this time the added extra was our waitress who was absolutely amazing, chatty and friendly and personal, she asked if the young man with us was my son, and when I said yes, she winked and told me 'good job' and on discovering that the young couple had only been married in September sent a trio of deserts to our table in congratulations.

Excellent food and attentive service. One of the group had a lot of food allergies/restrictions, and they prepared a special dish for her. Place was fun and not too loud

Sensational food - the chef understands spice balance perfectly. Great cocktails. Nice atmosphere. Super service and assistance with an unfamiliar menu. Centre tables too close together - I don't want to hear about another tables lives!

Fantastic experience and very well cooked and presented food. Shepherd's pie is a must

Only let down is the value for money due to the size of the dishes being rather small, probably best to go with the set menu if you're on a budget

Great balance of flavours that are original and yet unmistakably Indian. We tried the daal makhani, a chaat, the pepper fry prawns and the biryani. All very delicious!

Visited Cinnamon Bazaar for lunch for the first time and was really pleased. I had been before for dinner, when the restaurant was buzzing, but at lunch it is a quieter venue--perfect for a business meeting or a conversation. The set lunch seemed a bit too big for us, so we ordered several of the Chaats and were very pleased! Everyone left full and happy!

Will definitely visit again...

The Cinnamon Bazaar is a hidden gem in the heart of Covent Garden. Hidden restaurants are usually the best. I came with my cousin to have a late lunch together, after long time he was in Australia for several weeks.

As you enter the place you are welcomed by a relaxable setting, a delightful sight of the mixed luxuries of British and Indian. The waiter was approachable and more than happy to accept my booking as we were late.

The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering bazaar-style, Anglo-Indian dishes and wish I could have all of it. I had Tandoori Chicken Chaat, while my cousin had Lamb Galauti Kebab, it was heavenly delicious. The main course consisted of Lucknow Style Chicken Biryani and Butter Chicken. The biryani was accompanied by a pomegranate ratio sauce, which really enjoyed our tongue buds! We finalised with the amazing desserts, Mango Cardamom Crème Brûlée and Dark Chocolate & Walnut Cake with Malacca coffee ice cream. For me, personally I think to inform the chefs to ease up with mango because I felt it was a bit too much. Add some pistachios will be great and forget about Rice Krispies!

The champagne was odd but excellent! You could feel cinnamon swimming around your back mouth!

The service was wonderful, helpful and very attentive by the owner/manager. He made sure that we ended our meals satisfactorily.

I will go back again sometime in the future and I highly recommend you going to the Cinnamon Bazaar. It deserves a Michelin star for sure!

I had taken my partner for his birthday to cinnamon bazaar, we absolutely loved it! As we were not to hungry we decided to go for the high chai and wow was it just amazing! The flavour in the samosa and aloo chaat were just magical. The Staff were ever so friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend cinemmon bazaar. I'm looking forward to have a Sunday brunch there soon.
