We are a dining concept that mixes real Indian heritage with urban London, and our menus have been inspired by the marketplaces that lie on the trading routes that connect the empires of the Old World.
The cross-cultural dining experience embraces the democratic spirit of a bazaar, making us a real cultural melting pot – the perfect place to eat, drink, relax and celebrate.
Our private dining room, the Khari Baoli, is situated on the first floor above the hustle & bustle of the restaurant. There won't be any minimum spending on Private Lunch booking during January to end of November 2020 (Sunday to Friday only). Just Choose any of our private dining menu (min 20-35 guest and menu £25 to £55).

Amazing food and great atmosphere! We arrived just after the set menu (about 7pm) so it was a bit quieter and before the big groups arrived. Food was outstanding and the service was great. Would highly recommend
I would for sure come back here! Everything tasted great and looked so cute! The only issue for me was that I had to keep calling for the staff, i'm not sure if it was because they were understaffed? Anyways, the service that i did get was great! Will for sure be coming back
Good location and portions, prices are reasonable for central soho London so it’s good
Superb food and judging by the number of ethnic diners clearly of a quality to satisfy the experts of the type of cuisine.
We've been to a number of the Cinnamon restaurants and they're all quality - Cinnamon Club is just stunning. This Covent Garden venue is good, but the service was disappointing. Admittedly it was a busy Friday night, but we were brought the wrong wine, a waiter dropped food on one of us, and it was slow. But the food is good and original. Recommended, but perhaps try midweek when it'll be quieter.
What a place! I’d lean on the side of casual dress code here but it worked for a Friday date too. Staff’s wonderful and attentive, and the food is next level. Highly recommended.
The food was really nice. Not the biggest portions so you need some side dishes. The Tandoori King Prawn was my favourite dish. We also really enjoyed the Watermelon chaat.
It's cosy in there and though the restaurant is large, it wasn't to noisy.
Certainly worth going there again!
Food variety and quantity is very less.
Would like to have more dishes included in menu.
Beautiful food, friendly service in a lovely restaurant
Fabulous food and service, amazing cocktails and great atmosphere!
Great cosy restaurant with good food on a number of small plates
Nice food. Good service. Just a bit disappointed with the Kheer. And the paneer sauce too sweet.
Very impressed. We had a warm welcome and great service from all the staff. And the food was delicious! We had the pre theatre menu - all great dishes. Will be visiting again soon!
The food here was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere in the restaurant was wonderful and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Will be recommending to everyone!
Just fabulous. Really flavourful, interesting food served with a lovely smile.
Really lovely spot for dinner with friends. Usual options plus some exciting special dishes. I'll definitely be returning for the set menu again!
Went with the set lunch. Good sized portions and really enjoyed the food. Only gripe is the service can be slow but we were in no rush
Great food and great service. Very accommodating. Looking forward to revisiting in the near future.
We had to wait fifteen minutes at the front door despite having a reservation. The restaurant was clearly too short staffed.
When we were eventually seated we had to wait another fifteen minutes for our order to be taken and to just get some tap water.
I don’t blame the staff…they were overwhelmed. Management needs to hire more people. Food was tasty.
A very busy night with a full restaurant and great food and service from the staff. Thank you very much - we will be back soon! :)
Excellent service, perfrct food and decor is outstanding.
Excellent food. Indian with a fresh twist. The melon salad and crab cake starters were superb and the twice cooked pork belly was outstanding. Great service and a really nice atmosphere. Will go again.
This is a lovely restaurant close to Covent Garden. Decor and ambience is welcoming as are the friendly staff. The food is based on indian dishes but many have a twist. The lamb shepherds pie is well worth a try. Reasonably priced so well worth a visit.
Great food, friendly staff.
Delicious meal. Easily accessible menu but both my husband and I were extremely impressed by the flavour of the dishes we enjoyed. Would recommend to friends.
We arrived at the time of our booking, but were then asked to wait at the bar, which is normally fine but the bar was covered in dirty glasses collected from tables, and theres no real space to sit as its a corridor to the exit- we were then sat there waiting 20-25 minutes (without a drink or menus) until being shown to our table.
We then sat for another 15 minutes before i had to wave down a waiter who took our full order.
This was all very disappointing- but to their credit the food was great and came quickly- but then after that there was no further chance to get a waiter (when we wanted another drink) -they never came beyond the bar to check on tables (its not a big restaurant, i counted 8 tables were occupied- having been a waiter before i know thats really not that unmanageable for 3 waiters). As such we ended up having to walk up to the counter to pay as we left- And clearly this wasnt just us, as another table were doing the exact same.
So overall great food let down by really dreadful service. May have been just a one off (as i dont like to rule out restaurants) but not sure id take anyone again for fear of more of the same service.
Despite providing specific dietary requirements at the time of booking, Cinnamon Bazaar only informed me that they couldn't adhere to the requirements when I arrived at the restaurant. This meant I couldn't have all of my afternoon tea and Cinnamon Bazaar was not apologetic and did not provide me other vegan/ eggless alternatives which were already available on the regular menu as part of the afternoon tea. This was highly disappointing as other restaurants go out of the way to provide alternatives and I didn't feel much care for the customer
Food really good, recommend the watermelon chaat.
Service is very slow if you sit in the bar area. They take a while to serve you for drinks and take your order.
My personal view … highly recommend and a definite return to. Friendly, fun, great service and then there was the food…. absolutely delicious … try the lamb samosas!! I went with my 12.5 year old… and service charges are optional…. rather than forced on you… 👍👍
Amazing food, wonderful staff and a great atmosphere. We will be back here to east as soon as possible! :)
Food was great but the service was very very slow. The serving staff were friendly but seemed disorganised. The noise level is very high and the tables are quite close together.
Food was nice but many drinks on menu not available, warm bottle of white wine provided - had to ask for ice! nice staff but struggling to be attentive to all in equal measure. The look of the restaurant was a bit tired too.
Excellent food, service outstanding and great value for money.
This is a really good find. Very different to the ‘standard’ Indian restaurant. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the Papdi Chaad starter!
Perfect place for a romantic dinner date, the ambiance and food was really nice.
Very nice food and friendly staff. Unfortunately we had a problem with a little leak in the roof which was right above our heads and we suffered a fair few splashes onto the table. I did mention it as we paid the bill so hopefully they will sort it quickly.
Sadly I really cannot recommend the Irish coffee.
We did not have room for a dessert so cannot comment on that.
I would definitely go back .
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening, especially the food which was delicious, wonderful spiced and different from the usual Indian restaurant staples. We enjoyed sharing the small plates as starters and only wished we had ordered more if each, as they are not huge if you have more than 2 people wanting a taste of everything! (We were a group of 6). The drinks menu has some very nice Indian themed drinks and cocktails and we found the service friendly and very efficient. The only thing is that on a Friday night, the restaurant was busy and lively- absolutely no criticism of that as it is designed to be such- but it was not easy to hear/chat to anyone other than the person directly opposite or next to you. We will certainly come again and would love to try some of the other menus such as the brunch and high tea which sound fantastic!
Our waiter was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was really good but maybe a bit expensive for the venue.
Amazing meal last night at Cinnamon Bazaar. We arrived few minutes late for our booking but they were very good about it. The 4 course Restaurant Festival Menu is what we had selected and it did not disappoint. Quick, friendly and attentive service really can't fault it. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.
The food was tasty and just the right portions so you didn't feel overly stuffed.
One of our favourites in the area - Wonderful, imaginative Indian food and, if you go for the set menus/specials, reasonably priced as well. Friendly and welcoming staff in a fun, atmosphere. Can get a bit hectic...
