Good food and loved the atmosphere. Pleasant staff but one male waiter was noticeably less friendly which we put down to him having a bad day.
Service was a bit dodgy at the beginning but they made up for this during the evening. 9 course menu good although parts too hot (I’m Indian btw) and took away from the taste. Will go for Al a crate next time
Food was good but honestly I didn't enjoy the evening as a result of the tables being too close to each other. Huge shame as I've always enjoyed this otherwise excellent restaurant.
Great 9 course special. More than enough excellent quality food and drink
Really poor service, slow and unfriendly. Food was good but not enough
Had a lovely meal to celebrate a special occasion. The 9 course tasting menu was great value for money. We loved the starters, main was ok except every option was very spicy. All in all a nice evening
This is not an "average" curry house - this is refined Indian Cooking and well worth a visit. The restaurant is large and was very quiet on a Friday lunch service but the food is exceptional. We have been a few times before but were taken by the tasting menu which, at £33, including a welcome beer or glass of wine, is amazing value and gives one a chance to try dishes that we wouldn't normally order.
I hope that through this very difficult time they can survive and thrive but the whole of Circus West seems to have suffered and until the Power Station itself starts to fill it may remain subdued.
Great place to eat, atmosphere made it even better.
We had the tasting menu 9 course our only comment it would have improved the experience even more by having each course explained a little bit clearer.
Delicious food and great service - can't fault it!
Food and staff lovely, it was very slow on service, but not surprising due to COVID restrictions. Staff did the best they could on a busy night. However we did wait forever. I would go again.
The food was exquisite as always. It's a beautiful restaurant and the service is fantastic and very friendly.
The service was incredibly slow, was not provided with a drinks menu upon being seated and had to request one. No waitor came to our table to serve us throughout the entire evening - we had to call someone over to our table each time.
Food was delicious just a shame about the service.
We had a very enjoyable meal at Cinnamon Kitchen on Saturday evening. We chose the 9 dish tasting menu which was delightful (particularly the starters) and reasonably priced Good service and nice surroundings. Occasional rail noise but what can you expect being in the railway arches!!
Restaurant was a bit quiet for a Saturday lunchtime but food and service were very good.
Excellent service and really interesting food. It was early afternoon and very quiet but that suited us.
Tasty food, good portions and a nice take on Indian classics.
This was the first restaurant visit for my family and I. It was a good experience, but ambiance was lacking because of the reduced number of diners. I felt it was a bit expensive at £60 per head.
We had the tasting menu and it was great, such a good way to try a lot of the menu!
The sharing testing menu for 33 GBP that includes 9 dishes and 1 drink is a bargain. All dishes are well spiced and cooked of which 3-4 are outstanding whilst the remaining a very good. This is a very good option for dinner with friends in a perfectly modern and vibrant ambience paired with contemporary Indian food managed by a very good chef. It is worth coming back.
Enjoyed the 9 dish set menu; fabulous value. Arrive hungry!!!
Delicious food but disappointing service compared to other visits. Yes it was bank holiday Monday but it took 20 mins before anyone even asked us for a drink - and that was only when we got hold of a waiter. And at the end of our meal we were rushed out as we ordered desserts. At these prices they need to do better. That said food was delicious as ever.
Service was terrible! Took 38 mins for someone to take our order
It is a very nice restaurant but unfortunately the food is not great. I won’t go again
Service by one waiter was really bad, he seemed angry that I asked for a menu I'd seen on the website and then left us for 45 minutes before he took our drinks order. We got the attention of another waiter who was more helpful.
Food was good, nothing special really. Main was lacking flavour for me.
We went there for our anniversary and it was everything that we were looking for, for our special day. The food was amazing and authentic, I can verify that being Indian.
Only 3 waiters who were very friendly and helpful but I think more staff needed. It was Bank Holiday. Food was absolutely lovely but had to wait for at least a 45mins for main food, so did take away. I believe my next experirence will be better. I rate Cinnamon Westminster a lot more where the service is immaculate.
We opted for the 9 course tasting menu and every dish was really tasty. Very good value at £33 each including a drink. Staff were friendly and the service was efficient. We will return and would definitely recommend.
Food was amazing and delicious! Lovely place for a dinner with friends
Brilliant meal at Cinnamon Kitchen, eat out to help out. Delicious.
A lovely restaurant with some brilliant curries!
My girlfriend and I visited Cinnamon Kitchen on a double date, with another young couple. We shared most of the dishes we ordered, which I would recommend, because you'll want to sample everything that comes to the table. Set under the old brick railway arches next to Battersea Park it had quirky and well designed interior to go with the yummy dishes served.
The restaurant was also taking part in 'Eat Out to Help Out', which meant that deal was even better value.
Amazing food and lovely atmosphere, would definitely go back again!
Funky atmosphere under the railway arches, you can barely hear the trains as they rattle overhead, as the noise level was quite high in a packed restaurant. Food was nicely spiced and ample. Not cheap eats, £23 for 4 prawns in their curry.
Good quality, interesting menu and value for money.
We opted for lots of small plates.
Crab cakes and samosas were amazing!!! Yum!! I would go back just to eat those.
However the mussels were the most insignificant mussels I have ever been served. They were so tiny they were ridiculous. Basically shells with a pea size mussel in a nothing special soup if you love mussels don’t order these.
We did the £33 tasting menu. Great quality and variety of food - also represented really good value for money!
It was great value and the first three starter courses on the tasting menu were great but the rest was a bit uninspiring.
Menu is really varied. Quality of food is excellent. Service is also superb.
Food and drinks were extremely tasty. A little loud but we were seated at the kitchen end
Was a great dining experience & a first class service provided! Top marks!
