Claude Bosi at Bibendum
The a la carte menu features some of his signature classics and the chef’s Michelin-starred alma matter, with ingredients sourced predominantly from the British Isles and France. The striking upstairs dining room with its dramatic and iconic floor-to-ceiling stained glass windows has been redesigned to house a larger central open kitchen. The light and airy dining room will feature the original Conran chairs with a soft colour palate of muted blues.

A special dining experience for a special occasion.
Stunning meal, exceptional service. A once in a lifetime meal. Thank you
The food was incredible an explosion of tastes in your mouth but don’t eat the day you go as it’s very rich! The service was even more incredible if that’s possible than the food! Polite attentive knowledgeable smart clean smiley the best service I’ve ever had anywhere!!
A top meal with top service from a top restaurant. Very happy to recommend or visit again!
All staff are first class and friendly without being intrusive in any way.If there is a draw back it that it is so special that one doesn't rush back too soon otherwise familiarity breeds contempt.
We are already planning how soon we can come back!
In my family's opinion it is the best restaurant in the land.
New Year’s Eve
Extraordinary service, great set, beautiful place. Love it!
Incredible dishes and consistency. The rabbit dish was a bit of a left down but the Halibut was the highlight of my lunch. Service was so much better than my last visit !
Outstanding in all regards. The quality of food and service certainly justified its 2Star rating
A beautiful setting to enjoy world-class food. Everything from arrival to departure was done with a touch of class and elegance. Even the crockery was gorgeous! Some unusual ingredients and proportions on some dishes in the tasting menu but it was all delicious. Maybe one or two more waiting staff than was really needed for the few tables and a bit disappointing to see a fellow diner take a FaceTime call during service, and be "showing them around" albeit whilst seated- something I was surprised to see here of all places. Overall a delightful experience with the feeling of a special occasion. Thank you x
What an outstanding and truly memorable meal. Incredible service, observant and attentive staff, lovely dining space and world class food—it was a night to remember for a very long tiMe.
Uninspiring and over engineered food partially made up for by excellent service.
We arrived very early for our booking but we’re happily welcomed in. We chose to have The Classics menu and it certainly lived up to expectations! The food was superb, my absolute favourite dish was the rabbit and langoustine. The service from start to finish was top class and we very well looked after. Very attentive and knowledgeable front of house. The invitation to join Claude Bosi in the kitchen just finished the day off beautiful.
Fantastic gastronomic experience and service - would love to go back for another special occasion in the future!
Very good atmosphere and high quality food. Seamless service.
We had a magnificent dinner at Bibendum. The food was wonderful and the staff accommodated all of our seating and dining requests which made for a truly memorable evening. The tables are very well spaced so you feel very safe in this beautiful restaurant. Bibendum is definitely our favourite place in London at the moment!
One of the best culinary experiences in London. Excellent
A wonderful evening with excellent hospitality and sublime flavours. Many dishes faultless. Would return.
Incredible food, service, wine - a special place. Surely one of the very best restaurants in the world
A perfect meal wine and service never disappoints.
We eat out frequently and liked this restaurant from the initial "meet and greet" to the final farewell. The room is spacious, light and airy with tables set well apart. We had the seasons menu with chicken substituted for pigeon. Service is attentive without being intrusive. The wine list is extensive and expensive, although there are not enough half bottles. If it were my restaurant, I would reduce the wine prices by25% at lunchtime and provide s good quality wine by the glass for £20.
Exceptional lunch menu, mallard dish was sublime, cep & banana dessert was excellent as well. Brilliant service as ever
Fantastic experience . Also important to mention the great veggie menu
I enjoyed the seasons menu , outstanding
Admittedly I did upgrade to have the chocolate soufflé which was superb!!!
The lunch set menu seemed really good value I must come back to have this in the near future
Beautifully crafted food with a story. Not afraid to play with flavours, creating amazing experiences.
Perfect. Just perfect. Above several three stars in my view!
One the best restaurant out there. Perfect for all sort of occasions. I’ll be back soon. Highly recommended!
A fabulous birthday treat. We particularly loved the frois gras amuse-bouche, bibendum egg and chocolate soufflé dessert. Would highly recommend.
We went for a date night and had an excellent meal. The service was both friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service with some great wine recommendations. The food, was superb.
The food was fabulous and the service was great but when paying £175 per head for food +drinks service charge @ 15% does feel steep .
A lovely meal in a fantastic restaurant in an iconic building, with excellent attentive service. Great ambience. A memorable experience.
I’m a sucker for a combination of traditional service in a contemporary setting with staff that are outstandingly professional but don’t take themselves too seriously. This venue ticks every single box. Great food in a light and airy dining room together with friendly and attentive staff - a first class act! Our 19 year old son was inevitably running late - sympathetic people would say a difficult journey, I say hangover! No problem for the staff here who took it in their stride, delayed the service and treated us royally- thank you. Nigel
As good as ever, with no cutting back on quality of ingredients, innovative presentation and fabulous flavours. Only downside was that staff were not wearing face masks w3hich concerned members of our table.
Très jolie expérience culinaire qui a été gâchée par une remarque déplacée d'une serveuse.
Very nice dining experience which was ruined by an inappropriate remark from a waitress.
excellant! What more can anyone say. We will be returning.
One of the best dining experiences in London.
Very French, in a good way.
A fantastic dining room. We went for weekend lunch, and the variety of characters was impressive. Special occasions, well-to-do-parents with babe-in-pram, family lunch, group, etc.
The food was simply impeccable - without ever seeming over the top.
Prices were suitably high though. Not something I can justify on a routine basis, but for a special occasion it is hard to top.
just an amazing all round experience to dine here - the food was amazing, as were all the staff - knowledgeable, professional but most of all very friendly - we will be back sometime
17/20 overall. Tastes of the Season menu at £175, wine-pairing £135, cheese at a supplement £18, 15% service charge: total £377.20. Highlights included the three superb “miniature tastes” to start; then later a delicate smoked eel mousse with beetroot; and a foie gras “ crème caramel”. Less successful were a halibut dish with the fish overpowered by a curry sauce and a lacklustre and slightly tough pigeon breast, although the accompanying small bowl of broth was a thing of beauty. Unmemorable hyssop and apple puddings. Very good sourdough and butter. The mostly French cheeses were in excellent condition and six generous pieces. I did know that this was at a supplement but this was not said at the table. An eclectic wine selection of lesser known wines was most enjoyable. Excellent service and in particular the restaurant manager Diego. No dress code and most people arrived in what could be best described as expensive shabby chic. A shame as it’s a lovely, light dining room and fine-dining but most people may as well have been at Nando’s. And apparently children are allowed. I was surprised to see the arrival of a baby in a pram and even more surprised when the mother started to breast feed in full view of the dining guests. So overall a pleasant lunch, well worth a visit, not cheap but luxury ingredients and a high level of skill in the kitchen. The Ritz remains the standard to aim for.
Wow this was exquisite. A real piece of theatre beautifully choreographed and executed. My guest, herself a retired former Michelin-starred hotelier, was enchanted. Expensive yes but what price watching Puccini at the Met or Covent Garden? We followed the classic signature menu with an accompanying selection of wines from Spain, Canada and Italy. The Turbot was delicious, the 'Carre de lapin' memorable. A treat of a birthday cake to follow and petit fours to take home. What more to be said? Surely the third etoile will follow....
