   Very underwhelmed, found premises a little bit lacking in cleanliness, we felt the waitress could have explained the menu a bit more.

   From the moment we walked in multiple tables were complaining about food either not arriving with over a hours wait and still nothing or only half the meals arriving. We still decided to sit down and see how things went seeing we had traveled from Tauranga to come here for dinner. We were taken to our table and that was that no one said anything else to us, we waited atleast 20 mins with about 3 or 4 waitresses coming into the room we were in but not one of them asked if they could take a drink order or get us anything, so we took that as our cue to leave before things got worse. We won’t be back to try again

   Unfortunatley not as good as other times weve been .. Couldnt find our booking to start with..food took forever and was n just plonked on our table. Came at all different times.. waitresses werent interested and felt it was a hassle if we asked for simple things like replacement cutlery that they had just cleared away some tom sauce some water before ordering etc.. food was cold and undercooked DONT GET THE MASH worse than kfc.. Really dissapointed as we were really looking forward to it .Fish was watery and cold obviously wasnt fresh steaks were well undercooked and not seared ribs were fatty and bland.. Coke and lemonade were watered down syrup .. Really unenjoyable ...Wont be going back

   Really nice atmosphere. Upon booking you can request to be seated around no children, nice and clean too. Staff were top notch even when we sent our food back.

   Kia ora, firstly the service from the front desk staff was very good. The restaurant was not busy 3 other tables were occupied, our table of 2 being the fourth. From the time we ordered to when we received our kai was over 40 minutes. At 30mins in the waitress let us know that there was no curly fries and if we would like normal fries, 15 odd minutes later our order came, the garlic butter would'nt melt on the steak, at $40 steak meal was cold, eggs were "snotty". mashed potatoes in the pork belly were pastey a layer of dried potatoes covered the mashed potatoes my guess from being under the lights waiting. The salad was lettuce and cucumber with a truck load of ranch dressing. The waitress acknowledged we had waited for a long time and the kai was poor and offered us a discount which we accepted, our terrible meal still cost $91 including drinks. In the time that we waited I witnessed 2 other tables sending their food back and I heard a waitress say 'Who is cooking tonight?" to her colleague. Honestly worst way to celebrate an anniversary.

    Awesome! We were pleased with everything from the excellent service, surroundings, and food. Everything was Spot On! We had a party of 10 and half of us were extremely late but the staff were very gracious and accommodating which we really appreciate. Thank you all sincerely for making our brother’s 70th birthday celebration Wonderful!!!

    9 of us came for dinner,2 of us had to watch everyone eat cos ours didn’t come out, And when it did everyone was finished there dinner. Our fish meal, the fish was off! So had to order pork belly meal as it put the person off! So that was more wait for that person. Our kids meal didn’t get the little chips, we had to look around for them and found them ourselves.We didn’t even get a discount when telling the staff!!!

    Don’t go for a special evening like a birthday. Slowest service expect long wait for cold food and when it does arrive expect to eat with fingers no cutlery supplied until waving out to the one of many servers that you will see. You have to wave out to any server that you can spot to get some menus, order, glasses, drinks, cutlery, food. Do not take children if you want them to eat at a normal hour or food that isn’t over cooked or burnt. Did not eat left hungry, walked out due to poor slow service and cold dry food. Service is so bad they don’t even notice that you have left. The bar however is good & the robots that bring u your food A+ for them. Servers are kind and friendly but don’t expect service until you track one down and then wait two hours after you order. Oppies Takeaways does better.

    It's a lovely family restaurant. Only thing we had a issue with, it was my husbands bday and we all got our meals and his one was forgotten, he had to wait extra 10-20minutes. Apart from that overall the dinner was nice and good price for 6 people.

    We haven't been to cobb in co in quite awhile and were very disappointed in the service. The food was terrible for the cost and the drinks were not up to normal standard either. Was very disappointing all round.

    Not the best experience, food was great but service was below average, waited over 15mins after being seated before we got menus or were able to make a drinks order, no water put on table after we were seated had to ask throughout our meal and then it got put on the table roughly like we were an inconvenience. Food was yummy. disappointed as cobb n co is one of our favorite dinning places. not the best experience in Rotorua.

    We had dinner at cobb and co rotorua on Saturday we were running abit late for our reservation but they still kept it open for us, amazing service and yummy food would deffinitly recommend and come back, the robot bringing our food was cool too first time seeing that

    Definitely would give this restaurant a 10/10. Food was divine, customer service was amazing and overall experience was just great. A bit of a wait on the food but self explanatory since it was busy. Would recommend this place to family and friends. One of the best restaurants we’ve been to in awhile.

    Was pleasant and food was good. Service seemed a bit disorganised and our entrees came out 20 minutes apart, which were poorly made and thrown in a bowl. A little care would have made a difference. Understandable it being busy but speaking from someone who has worked in food industry care should be made on every plate.

    Nana, Aunty and two kids (11 and 12) dined in. Everyone liked their meals. Nana was pleasantly surprised by the Gold Card option. The kids loved the robot waiter. Wait time was good and meals well presented.

    It was so cool to be served by a robot! The restaurant was clean. There were plenty of options on the menu. You could hear each other easily and have good conversation. The plastic animals on your drink and the drinks themselves weren’t the traditional ones, which was a bit disappointing for the kids.

    We went for the robots mainly, and they were awesome. One Entree took a long time to come. Meals were good. Access wasn’t ideal. People should have been able to access venue from a back door but that was locked. So has to walk way around the front.

    Loved Cobb & Co when our children were growing up. Took the grandies last night and they all had a great night, especially with the robots! Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Would love to see Cobb & Co back in Auckland.
