At Comptoir+Cuisine we serve coffee, juice, croissants and pastries, making it the perfect spot for breakfast, a mid-morning snack, or as a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle – to sit and read or to catch up with friends or colleagues. For lunch and dinner, alongside nibbles and snacks, we serve cheese and charcuterie boards,(including our hugely popular baked camembert cheeses!), salads and we’re pleased to introduce a delicious range of tapas style French sharing plates including meat, fish, cheese and extensive vegetarian options. Comptoir+Cuisine will also offer a selection of Grower Champagnes by the glass, and of course beer and wine too! We know that some of you will probably fancy a sweet treat, we often do too! We have a tasty selection of macaroons and gateaux on offer. Believe it or not, these taste even better when enjoyed with a glass of crisp Grower Champagne for afternoon tea!

Wonderful tapas in slightly quirky surroundings but altogether great dining experience. People opposite we’re having the afternoon tea which looked fantastic. Definitely try if you want something different to a chain restaurant experience.

Much better than Cafe Rouge or Brasserie Blanc or any of those high st chains. Lovely staff and interesting additional shopping items available. Inexpensive and good quality.

Absolutely loved this place, everything was perfect. Lovely staff, tasty food, great champagne and cocktails, and a really quirky decor. My favourite place in Bath.

The restaurant was quite quiet, all the others eating there left half way through our meal. We were mostly left alone once the food arrived. After we had finished we waited in vain for staff to clear up and offer dessert or coffee. So after approx 15 mins we asked for the bill and left. Only then did we have a conversation. The food was ok, nicely cooked squid and duck. It was a very small tapas menu and if you have a fussy enough partner finding dishes without his dislikes was difficult.
We felt the staff could have been more attentive and felt the food choice limited and over priced, but then this is Bath!

Costly and quite small individual items makes for an expensive lunch: however, lovely place and good quality food.
