We had a lovely evening at Comptoir - we just wanted a glass of wine and to catch up so ordered the charcuterie, cheese board and a carafe each of wine. Absolutely delicious. We didn't stay long, but the next time I will definitely order more of both!

my Greek Salad was fine - but boring - the eggs/avocado/mushroom was delicious - nice staff but could have been more smiley... nice place, unusual and good value .

Cozy place, a nice hideaway from busy Oxford Street. Food is nothing particularly special, but good value and taste.

Nice sandwiches. One somewhat over toasted (but some like it that way :0). Great Dijon-mustard for the croque monsieur!

Quite small and more of a day-time/ early evening place as it shuts at 10pm. That said - suited us perfectly for an early evening get-together! Delicious wine - the rose was all strawberry vanilla more-ish. Charcuterie was delicious, accompanied by soft, crunchy sourdough. Ceviche was spot on, also the melt in the mouth burrata and crayfish salad.

Met with friends for a light lunch before shopping on South Molton St and Bond St so a perfect location. Although the menu didnt have an abundance of choice there was more than enough for the five of us.
Food good and with an amazing wine selection as there is a wine bar downstairs. Friendly service and reasonably priced.

Lovely little spot. Tasty food. Good service, my friend knocked over a glass of wine and the waitress replaced it without any prompting which we thought was a nice touch. Good wine list. Would recommend.

Lovely little wine bar/restaurant set back from the hustle & bustle of Bond Street but still only a stones throw away from the tube. Great wine, lovely sharing plates. Fab service, very friendly staff. Perfect for a catch up with friends or a cosy, romantic spot for a date.

Nice wine list and menu option. We ordered the beef tartare but the taste of mostarde was too overwhelming the rest of the food was good!

Best wine bar I have come across in London by far! Food is good for the place, not fine dining but just perfect paired with a bottle of wine.

I have found myself going back every few months with my girlfriend as a treat.

Highly recommended!

Tucked away from the throngs of shoppers, this beautiful little wine bar offers a warm welcome and friendly, professional and unpretentious service. The wine list is outstanding, with real gems offered by the taster, glass, or carafe. We only had a plate of charcuterie and olives with bread, but all ingredients were top notch. Would come here again in a heartbeat.

Delightful surroundings in a quiet spot close to Oxford Street. Extremely pleasant and efficient service and a stunning wine list. Good, small but really delicious crab salad and a glass of Vermentino for £21. Comfortable seating either at the bar or at tables. My only slight reservation concerns the arguably somewhat ambitious pricing but then this is the West End and the wine was really good. It would not put me off and I would definitely return. This is a classy place.

Nice service, expensive wine (£9 for a 125 ml glass). Most bottles above £30 -our waitress found an off-menu bottle for £21 (which was perfectly good - and a very good price). You need to be able to ask for cheaper wine, which not everyone is happy to do in a smart bar.

We decided to try this café after reading aglowing article in the Telegraph magazine . It didn’t disappoint . An excellent selection of wine by the glass ( and bottle ) with an exciting but small menu . I needed two courses but this enabled us to stay that bit longer . It really feels like a Parisian brasserie but is just 5 mins. from Oxford Street . We will certainly be going back and will be asking for some bread next time as I missed soaking up a superb sauce .

A lovely Brunch with friends to celebrate my birthday. A lovely quiet location off the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street. Wine list is phenomenal and the range on offer for Brunch was exactly what we were looking for. Attentive service was also much appreciated. I will definitely return.

Delicious food - the charcuterie, the ceviche, crab salad ... in fact everything. Really fresh, often lifted with a twist of a new and different flavour. Fabulous wine and very knowledgable sommelier. We ate in the evening and it felt slightly like the wrong time of day for the decor somehow.

What a find during the summer when most of London is crammed with tourists! Unhurried, charming, delicious, knowledgeable staff who understand what service is. An absolute delight for people who love wine and a gentle corner in which to enjoy it. Small, tasty dishes - and did I mention unhurried? The most relaxing night I ve had out in ages. A real gem.

This was my first visit, a very last minute lunch was called for. I hadn't seen my guest for some time, he can be quite pernickety so our rendezvous had to be just right. Comptoir certainly fitted the bill, the food and wine were great, the service was sufficiently attentive and friendly without being intrusive and there was no trouble in booking a table for lunch even when we rang at 11.00. Certainly I would like to go again, in the evening for a larger, more romantic meal.

Very good for a light business lunch, not having to eat too much, but what we did eat was very good. A fun dip down to the wine shop was a good way to build rapport and end the conversation on an enjoyable, non-business note.

Lovely evening here with friends-staff very helpful and friendly and amazingly for london they did not give us any time limits so we really did have a wonderful evening rather than a lovely"slot". Food and drink spot on for what we wanted. Will definitely be back.

Hidden little gem in Mayfair. So close to the bustle of Oxford Street but a little French haven with lovely staff and an excellent wine list.

A little gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street. The best pulled pork bun this side of the Atlantic and a paper thin crusted, mouth puckering tart lemon tarte. Although on my last visit the crust was under cooked, so consistency can be improved.
