The food at Comptoir is fresh, healthy, honest and affordable. We wake up early to provide customers with unique Lebanese breakfasts to eat in; offering everything from organic yoghurt topped with pomegranate and orange blossom water and -our favourite- halloumi cheese, crispy onion and tomato tortillas. Visit us for lunch and dinner as we serve our guests all types of interesting and colourful dishes, including hot and cold mezze – perfectly sized for sharing- wraps, salads, tagines, grills and Mana’esh (Lebanese style pizzas). For dessert, nothing is more authentic than the sweet taste of baklawa – Lebanese pastries in a variety of flavours such as date filled semolina and walnut filled flaky pastry. All products can be packaged up and enjoyed on the go.

Amazing food! So fresh and so tasty! Service excellent.
The only suggestion we would have is to add mood lighting and add music for a better atmosphere. We will be back

Food was delicious, with great options for the vegetarian members of our party, surroundings were lovely and servers were very competent and friendly, but unfortunately the service was very slow and it did take a long time for us to order and our food to come. Luckily we weren't in a hurry and I would definitely eat here again just because the food was so lovely

A good chain of restaurants, all with interesting decor and efficient service. I have tried four branches and this one is no exception. Set off Oxford street in a relatively quiet road.
Lovely food, which I enjoy for the different flavours and generous portions. It is not overpriced.
Do have the chicken wings, they are delicious.

That food was really good and great choice of Lebanese foods on the menu. We were welcomed and seated, the service at this point was very good but after we had finished eating our main course no one came to clear the plates or ask us if we wanted desserts/coffee etc. So what begun very well petered out once we had our main courses delivered. They weren’t busy so there was no excuse for such poor service towards the end of our meal when we needed to go to get to the theatre on time. So I recommend for he food but not wholly for the service!

The food was good, the waiters very helpful and caring, the ambiance was perfect, the music had the perfect volume but the tagine was just a bit dry so it was not super super amazing but it was still good. The starter for two was exquisite, the chicken was so tender, I still dream about aha. We will definitely come back. A bit expensive but totally worth it.

Loved the mezze platter to share, it’s ideal with a group of friends. I had the tagine aubergine quinoa, very nice. Happy hour until 7pm too!

Great atmosphere with authentic tasting food. Nice variety of dishes and service is fast. Great happy offer on cocktails. Cocktails are really good and you can mix and match when selecting which ones you want for the 241 offer. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available.

I had been here previously for dinner with friends and the food was really tasty but when I returned for a lunch with 9 people the food was really disappointing. The standard seem to have dropped.

For lunch we had very dry salads (no dressing) which were also scant on ingredients other than lettuce and served on a tiny plate. The tiny plate meant parts of the salad would fall onto the table while eating it. The cocktails were good but the food wasn't. I was really disappointed as I had recommended it to everybody and had organised for them to come.

Excellent, fast service. Food is reasonably priced for London and very tasty. The ambience is great as you walk in and feel like you've stepped into another world.

A reunion with a friend from overseas who loves Lebanese food and the Comptois Libanais did not disappoint. He was returning to London for a visit and generally finding service poor and prices high in town. He was pleasantly surprised at the friendly service, interesting menu, good quality dishes and reasonable price. We were glad to have the opportunity to demonstrate that there are places to eat well, even in Soho.

Another very good return visit with great tasty food and good service. Loved the vegetarian sharing platter, though this set the bar high for the mains for which there was little room. Generous portions of healthy fresh and flavoursome food in a casual setting.

Really disappointed with our experience tonight which is a shame as the food was good. Service was either slow or non existent - it took a long time to place our order, we were never asked if our meal was okay, no offer for more drinks or the possibility of desserts. Our plates had been cleared for 20 minutes before we got fed up and walked up to the waitress to ask for the bill. She didn't return to take payment so we had to approach someone else ourselves. Service is important when you're out so this certainly let us down.

Good food as always, apart from ordering quinoa with my meal when it arrived I was given rice. I didn't complain and the meal and service were good. Cheesecake was also a hit with my friend.

Was a great experience other than waiting over an hour for starters and even the houmous that we ordered. Have us a discount and removed service charge on the bill but the communication could have been better especially as a number of the starters were cold ones.

Despite booking a table in advance and arriving just a few minutes early, there was no table for us. We then had to wait 15 minutes while a table and chairs were put together right next to the door - we should have left at this point! It took another 15 minutes to take our order and after another 15 minutes we had to point out to a waitress that our drinks had been sat on the bar warming up for the previous 10 minutes. Starters were ok but the main dishes for all 3 of us were hugely disappointing, smelled nice but they were bland to taste - where were the spices? It took 2 hours for us to get two courses served and we were sat by the entrance - which on Saturday evening was not a good place to be. No apologies made or explanation offered, no discount given and they still had the cheek to include a 12.5% cover charge. I'm afraid we left feeling hugely let down and resolved never to return. You had a chance and you blew it!

The only negative was the noise, but this is inevitable when a restaurant is popular and offers good value, so at 12 it was quiet and we enjoyed the food, but at 1.30 it got noisy!
