We have always had a good experience however last night was not good. Party of 5 with appetizers. Took a long time for server to come back and take our order. When dinner came out everyone got theirs except me. Somehow my order never made it to the kitchen. To their credit, the Mgr. came out and apologized and took my meal off the bill but my food arrived as everyone else was ordering desert. The grouper was ok but the asparagus wasn’t cooked. It was a surprisingly disappointing experience that is not typical for Coopers. It put a damper on the evening but I will eventually go back and try again.

We celebrated my sister's birthday at the C.H. Wesley Chapel location. Even though it was very busy, the service, food and ambiance was excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant, we are never dissatisfied. I recommend making a reservation, as it is always busy.

As always when I had 5 guests with two babies visit me, I checked OpenTable and booked lunch at Cooper’s Hawk. I was not disappointed with the meals at all. Thank you for arranging a large table at the last minute. Great food and very good service. This is what makes this my regular place for lunch & dinner.

Very busy restaurant but we enjoyed our wine tasting. We were seated promptly and on the time of our reservation. My favorite is the Italian Ssusage flatbread. However I forgot to ask for my wine club member card back until I realized it the next day.

We love Coopers Hawk Wesley Chapel, the service is always great! We love to sit in a booth in bar area, quieter. Our waiter, Jose, treated us like royalty as we celebrated our friends 67th Anniversary! Jose was so kind and professional! Our wine choice, Gold Rush, was excellent too! Needless to say food scrumptous too!
