Amazing cocktails and delicious food. Would highly recommend
Lovely place , great drinks menu , will definitely return ! One fault tho , it was 5pm we arrived , a very busy time , it took 30 mins after arriving for our drinks to be served ! We got water as soon as we were seated & ordered a bottle of Prosecco soon after this , but it took around 20 minutes to arrive
Efficient & friendly service but fairly tired décor and uninspiring food that is not particularly good value for money. Seems like the place you'd go on a hen night if you want to drink cocktails from a teapot, or if you have a group which wants a menu with something for everyone. Basically like an upmarket pub.
The menu on the website is incorrect as when we arrived the menu is completely different so we chose not to stay for our meal, however the staff were great and gave us free drinks for the inconvenience
Server that showed us our table very friendly, all staff friendly however not enough staff for how busy the place was. Waited ages to be server every time
Terrible experience from start to finish. General manager Marco was appalling. Firstly he did not know we there there for food, consider we booked dinner, he was very patronising from start to finish. Table was not dressed with cutlery or napkins, had to ask. Our main meal was brought to the table and left, no salt or pepper on the table or offered. I tried to get a member of staffs attention for sauce, one looked at me then walked away. General manager her came up with 2 bites left of the meal to ask if we were ok. He advised the table had been booked out later so needed the table, we asked for the bill, when he came back I pointed to a table with 2 free chairs and asked if we could sit? He lifted the cash and said 2 people are sitting then walked away, couldn’t give me eye contact or say he could kind somewhere else for us, we had a full bottle of wine to drink. When he came back with what we had left as a tip I said I think his customer service skills are very poor, I felt like he just took the money and expected us to instantly move. He sat down, looked and me and said he didn’t understand, I explained how I felt only for him to say again he didn’t understand in a very patronising voice. I again explained he comes across very arrogant and patronising, he disagreed and clearly wasn’t willing to see my point of view. Came back to the table and basically told me to move while my sister was in the bathroom. I explained if he was the general manager and trained staff to treat customers the way did he will soon clear the restaurant. I will not be back and I do not rate Marco in the slightest, worst general manager ever! Very disappointing experience, ruined our whole day. I think Marco needs to work on his people skills and also know the restaurant, what people are there for, I did not leave a tip as he didn’t deserve it, I did not enjoy my time. Also the place was freezing, I sat with my coat on the majority of the time. I suggest everyone go elsewhere for food/drink
Nice food, great waiting staff, but a little too loud for a conversation.
Always love Copper Blossom. There new menu is fantastic and all the cocktails are beautifully presented
For drinks yes, for food No.
Manu was very poor, only a few options such as burgers and fish and chips. not what I would call restaurant food.
we booked well in advance only to find the menu had changed a few days beforehand!
The wife and I left and went to Côte Brasserie, so glad we did, their menu was fabulous and so many options it was difficult to decide.
Service slow but waitresses very polite and apologetic.
Food and drinks were lovely.
Music too loud for time of day, didn't help that the table near is insisted on signing along.
Whilst 2x cocktails for £8 is an amazing offer and great value, we could not order food because the noise was so loud, it would be impossible to enjoy and talk. It wasn't particularly late either, and food was being served, but the volume was more suited to a club/drinking only scene. Too confusing, so we drank up and left!
Disappointed in service. Bar man took my order and didnt advise on 2 for 1 cocktails, when bill arrived I realised I'd have been cheaper getting 2 cocktails rather than 1!!
Aso don't appreciate that service charge is automatically added on!
Lovely place for food and drink. Would definitely recommend it to other family and friends. We went for our daughter's birthday. The service was excellent. We got the January Deal - 51% of food and 2 cocktails for £8. Great deal.
Beautifully decorated. Very nice food and drink. Slow service but pleasant. Will definitely return and would reccomend to friends.
Can’t fault the food but service was terrible. Wrong wine delivered
Was a lovely dinner and great value in January. Lovely stafd
Lovely bar with a great drink selection. Service was excellent but the food let it down, style over substance and if it wasn’t a January 51% off food I would have called it over priced.
The food was exceptional - really delicious and great value for money. The service could have been better - the waitress was slow to clear empty glasses, plates etc and it took a long time for our food order to be taken.
The offer was excellent (cocktails 2 for £8 and the 'pimp my prosecco' for £15 was excellent value). The drinks and staff were great. The offer was 51% off food. However, the food let the evening down. Very limited choice, very basic dishes and just not good enough for the competition that is around in the area. If the offer is designed to get people to come back, then Copper Blossom will be disappointed as I wouldn't return to have that menu. A woman next to us sent the main course back as she couldn't eat it. Great offer - improve the standard of the food and people will return, but not for the present menu I think.
It was the first time I had come to visit copper blossom and wasn't disappointed, servers were really attentive and thoughtful, accommodating as we had turned up a little early and were given a table to able to have drinks and wait for our table when it was ready. I had booked for an occasion with my sister and brother in law, we had a few cocktails and they were really good, the food was excellent however a little limited and felt that if there was an extended menu it would have been outstanding. Loved it though and would reccomend and return. Thanks for a lovely evening
Really loved everything about the food and experience in Copper Blossom. There's actually nothing to fault or feedback on
It would have been 5 stars if the 10% service charge hadn’t been added to our bill before the discounts came off! Not that big a deal to be honest but small things like that make all the difference when spending a lot of money on food and drink.
Service was very poor and not particularly friendly.
Had a lovely time, friendly, professional waiting staff. Food was lovely and great drinks, including Mocktails.
Foos was great and drinks were lovely. Staff service wasn't great. Had two separate servers and one wasn't great. Took a while to bring the bill and had to ask another server to bring a card machine as we were in a hurry. Server told me the staff could many any cocktail with the right materials. Asked for a "purple rain" and made sure they had everything available. The girl said they could make it and then came back and asked what it consisted off and told the bar staff. Then returned and said it would "just be easier" if I picked a drink from the drinks menu. Waited another ten minutes and had 5 minutes to down my drink. Won't be back in a hurry.
At best this was OK. This was our first visit and we will not be in a hurry back.
Had the Sunday Roast. Was very good
Very pleasant experience. Service/food/value was great. A little too loud but this was due to Christmas booking of large numbers I imagine. Thanks again.
We had to wait 45 minutes to get our order while the restaurant was empty, which meant we ran out of time and did not even manage to finish our meals.
Food was excellent with good friendly servers would definitely recommend
What a lovely meal, we had a steak & a fish, both were lovely, had a dessert both were yummy. Followed by a latte, the latte could of been hotter. But everything else was good. Thanks. Good overall. Jan & Steve.
We were sat right by the front door, where all the smokers went to light up between drinks. Every time the door opened we were drown in the smell of cigarette smoke. My meal was sent back to the kitchen and I opted to eat off my friends' plates since it had taken so long to get our food and we still wanted to have time to spend at the Christmas Market. I wasn't charged for my meal, and their meals were good. Dessert was amazing!
Me and mum loved it!
As a party of 4 who have never been before we were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely the interior is, very charming. The cocktails were lush especially the green lemonade, a must for all vodka lovers! Food was delicious & a decent portion size. Will definitely be returning 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Been here for a drink a few times & decided to try the food. Ordered from the bites menu for starters (haggis bon bons & halloumi fries - both yummy). My main course was chicken with chorizo stuffing, served with mashed potato - really nice. Hubby had a burger & said it was ok, not bad but nothing particularly special. Had a 25% discount from the a la carte menu for booking through Open Table (had to remind our server), happy days! Great atmosphere & lovely quirky decor.
This is a lovely place, serving delicious food and cocktails. We just found the service a bit slow.
Just lovely - staff very pleasant
Not this first time I’ve eaten here and am never disappointed. Food was lovely and a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend a visit.
Enjoyed our visit. Food was very good. Service was also very good considering how busy they were. We will certainly be back.
We booked a table for Sunday lunch. When we arrived we were shown to our table and then told that there was no Sunday roast available - it was only 2.45. As this was the main reason for choosing Copper Blossom, we were very disappointed. We waited quite a while for the girl to come back to take a drinks order, but by that time we had decided to go somewhere else.
