Very good atmosphere and good. Had a great time.
There was a special enchilada dish. Several people said they were not able to eat it.
Wings were awesome
Harvest salad was also good
It was a nice experience. Although my husbands food didn’t come. I ordered two meals and I gave him my burger. So it all worked out. My food was great and I loved the restaurant.
Hostess was very pleasant; we had a reservation and were seated quickly. Waiter seemed disassociated, and we had to raise his attention a couple times. The food was above average, and a good variety on the menu.
This is a restaurant/bar combo, with some lively folks at the bar and the overall noise level was raised on the evening we were there. Furnishings are functional, with the snow crowd (when we get snow) maybe this helps with durability.
Food was very good but the service was awful. We were told reservations were strongly recommended as their dinner service was extremely popular and busy. We were also told reservations could only be made on-line, which was an issue as my phone service isn't great in the mountains. I requested for a table by the window and that we were celebrating my birthday. When we arrived, the hostess looked up our reservation and appeared to have read my notes. However, as she turned to look for a table, she pointed to the Reserved table near the entrance; nothing was mentioned about a birthday celebration.
We waited 15 minutes before a waiter appeared. We pointed out that the table was dirty and asked if he would wipe it down; he offered to move us to the Reserved table next to us. As we had already been sitting there for 15 minutes and "settled in", we declined; table was wiped down but not dried off. We had to ask for everything - small plates for our appetizer, more drinks, ready to order, etc. The menu offered baked potatoes with our steaks; we were told only mashed potatoes were available. After ordering, we overheard another wait staff offer baked potatoes, sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes to their customers. Restaurant was not busy at all - maybe 1/3 full; same at the bar.
First night food was great but it took a long time to get. Waitress was great at keeping us informed and happy!! Second night food was great, we got it very fast and then our server abandoned us!! We never saw him again until we asked the hostess for take home boxes and our bill. Drinks ran empty half way though our meal. He definitely needs to step up his game!!
Enjoyed the dinner very much. The noise level because of the room was very loud.
Great restaurant and always a good meal! Make sure to make reservations, it gets very busy!
We arrived for our reservation and were promptly waited on. Our food took forever, and when it came, one of our meals was missing. By the time it came, the rest of us were done eating. And the last meal was not made properly. They took the cost of the meal off and gave us a discount on the bill but it was just not a good experience.
I took my daughter for parent’s weekend at JMU. It was a lot of fun!
The service was very good and our waitress was very knowledgeable and knew the menu. Restaurant was clean and the food was excellent. Highly recommend eating here.
Great meal and service!
Always a relaxing experience. The menu is varied enough for groups and the space is great for large groups.
Great salads, pizzas and sandwiches. Wings were ok, they were the breaded style and I prefer traditional wet buffalo style.
Dinner was good. We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and were told there was no desserts left. They had run out of all desserts the night before. We went to smileys for ice cream.
The service was very good as was the food -especially the crab cake and french fries.
This was our visit to Bryce Resort and enjoyed the Copper Kettle so much, we ate all our dinners there. Great chicken wings! Loved the burgers and pizzas! Cheers to the bartenders for delish 7&7s. We'll be back for sure.
Yes I would. I had fish tacos one night and didn’t like the fish...strong. I has salad with fruit with added shrimp..good except I was told the shrimp would be hot but it was cold. Crab cake sandwich was good. Wings were good. Pizza good. Very noisy both visits. Wait staff nice. Very nice menu choices.
Good food and service.
Burr at a Ravioli was attempted ended up with boiled raviolis in pesto water. Steak bite appetizer was good - Caesar salad was ok. Gin gimlet was terrible. It’s a clubhouse - best for burgers and pizza - probably.
Met up with friends for dinner. Sat at table looking out o we ski slopes, beautiful! Server, Tamera was so nice and efficient!
Great restaurant at Bryce Resort. Comforable seating, inside or on the deck, with a view of the slopes. Service was excellent even with a short staff. Food was good.
Charity always has our back! Open table helps the restaurant plan for food as well as guests
Service was ok, food good, not the quality it used to be. Fun looking out on the ski slopes.
The food was really good and the people very nice ! Highly recommend eating here.
Good food. Charlotte was a Great Waitress!! We will go again.
Excellent food, I had the pork this time. Last time it was crabcakes. I am a member so I get a good discount.
Reserved table was waiting for us. The server was friendly and told us about the nightly specials. Food was served promptly. Good evening!
Nice experience. Good place to meet up with friends. We will return I'm sure before too long.
Fourth of July dinner and fireworks
Great July 4th barbecue ribs and chicken Buffett.
The decore in the dining is blah. No color and cold.
The orange plastic clock over the mantle is silly and looks out of place.
There is so much opportunity to be a really lovely atmosphere background for the venue. Add color with the linens, wall decorations SOMETHING.
Special buffet; chicken was the best, ribs were good, corn on the cob had no taste which was odd, and the mixed berry pie was so delicious! Overall nice.
The Copper Kettle is the "go to place" in Bryce Resort! Check it out; good food, courteous service, nice ambiance, and all of the sports activities are just outside.
Copper Kettle at Bryce is a good restaurant with inside/outside seating; view of the slopes. Nice bar too. Service is great considering that most establishments are facing a shortage of labor. Wait staff is hard working, courteous. Good food too.
We dined outside. The view was gorgeous. Our sever, Tamra, was on top of everything. We enjoyed our evening very much.
A very pleasant surprise! Service was attentive and excellent. Food was very well done—hot and flavorful. We were quite happy with our dining experience at the Copper Kettle.
Five diners all of whom enjoyed their lunches: Hooch burger, portobello sandwich, Cheryl club, BLT and Summer Berry salad w/salmon. Heavy pour on the cocktail.. Only real issue was a lot of hardscape making it rather loud at times as noise from other tables enjoying themselves overwhelmed our conversations. A good place to kick back after a day on their ski slopes, bike trails or golf links, depending on the season.
Good service and atmosphere. Basic menu with a decent selection of appetizers, sandwiches, salads & soups plus dinner main course choices with sides included. Full bar with good selection of beers and wines. My wife and I enjoyed two delicious Ribeye Steak main course meals, with baked potato and fresh vegetables.
The dinner and vegetables were absolutely delicious and our server was attentive to our needs!
