At Coro we believe chocolate should be a fun and sharing experience. We don’t claim to be master chocolatiers, in fact its quite the opposite. Our aim is to give customers their chocolate fix but not just from your standard bar of chocolate. We pour our Belgian chocolate over freshly made pancakes, into our buttery crepes and drizzled over our fluffy waffles. If thats not enough we’ll give you a fondue to dunk some fresh fruit, cake or sweets into melted chocolate with a hot chocolate like no other to wash it all down.

    Fantastic cafe, absolutely lovely experience. Superbly tasty sweet treats, highly recommend the fondue!

    Food was lovely. Service and Coro as a whole felt chaotic. It was really busy when we arrived, we had a table booked, however when we arrived staff were oblivious to this, so a table was not ready for us. A table was made up for us, but it was not big enough for our party. The place doesn’t feel very organised and also not very clean. Tables felt greasy, and menu’s were greasy with finger marks all over them. My friend asked if there was more cutlery as when she went to help herself, which she was instructed to do, the girl she asked ignored her. I would like to return to coro as the food was lovely, but the overall cleanliness and service is a massive put off.

    la nourriture est bonne et copieuse mais le cadre est messy, avec des cartons vides dans la salle, des tables mal organisées, un service lent, peu efficace, qui nous ont apporté des couverts sales. dommage car l’endroit a du potentiel et la nourriture est très bonne et en conséquence malheureusement le service laisse à désirer..

    A little dated inside and not what i expected. Having to go up to queue to order in what is a tight space and get your own cutlery and napkins etc i didn't expect. I did expect table service. Table was cleaned as we arrived to it and menus were a little cheap looking. The prices however were not cheap and although portions were good and the hot chocolate was to die for, the waffle was average and my sons ferrero cookie dough wasnt pleasing on the eye and a bit bland he stated. We didnt finish our food and left. I'm not sure i would go back. The staff didnt crack a smile and were in all honesty rather abrupt and rude.

    Always a pleasure visiting Coro's chocolate cafe. A lovely menu which is reasonably priced. Forever recommending the place. Looking forward to coming back!

    This place was so fun for breakfast. I think it would be fun for dessert at well. But our family loved the breakfast choices. Sweet and Savoury! We had a great time here laughing and eating together in Edinburgh, Scotland!

    We were here five years ago when we visited Scotland the first time. It was just as enjoyable as the first time we visited.

    Expectation from Instagram was high vs reality was a disappointment. Staff were friendly enough but not interested, it was self service for ordering, cutlery, napkins, water. Went on a Sunday afternoon, no chocolate cake or any of the 4 cheesecakes on the menu either. Food was good but the same as any other dessert place, nothing special about it. Wouldn’t go back.

    My 6 year old daughter’s favourite cafe! Fabulous for kids and families. Pancakes, waffles and more! Super presentation EVERYTIME! Almost don’t want to publicise this place but can’t recommend enough for a special treat.
