Very disappointing, it was busy but not overly, our food was tasty but not hot enough, we really should have sent it back, but ploughed on. We did mention to the waitress for her to pass on to the manager, but no one came. Had brunch here 2 weeks ago & the same problem, a friend & I had to send ours back, second serving the same but we ate that as time was moving on, on this occasion the cost was removed from the bill. I was reluctant to visit a second time, but hoped it would be ok, sadly it wasn’t, won’t be returning

Overall good meal, however the coffee was cold, removed from bill. Non alcoholic beer, at £4.60 for 25cl is over the top.

Took my wife to lunch after Christmas shopping in Cirencester, the food was delicious, the service was excellent and the restaurant was busy which made for a great atmosphere. The restaurant was busy but it in no way affected the service. A great lunch in a great restaurant.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and made me feel special on my birthday. The starter of pear and walnuts with spinach with a rocket dressing was disappointing, there was far too much vinegar in the dressing and the leaves were limp. The main course was OK but not really enough chips. The pudding was lovely.

A very good lunch with a variety to choose from. One small gripe - our fish served with samphire had such a small amount of samphire it was difficult to find! Please note, a few strands is not really sufficient. Otherwise service very good from cheerful and efficient staff.

Today was not there day. A long wait to be served then everything came at once. No idea what the kitchen was thinking. The tuna was old and very unpleasant. It’s a Brasserie so it horses for courses but it’s getting very expensive to just shrug off a rubbish meal. I’d rather cook myself and save the money.

We were one of a number of table who booked through OpenTable to find that the reservation hadn't reached the restaurant. They were able to find a table for us but we were rushed through and were then asked to leave the table within 1 hour. The food as good but the experience rushed through the breakdown in communications between OpenTable and Cote.
