French
The inspiration for the fuss-free French food and the stylish interior comes from the traditional bistros of Paris. The emphasis is on simply, reasonably priced dishes and the menu includes familiar Gallic favourites like moules marinières, steak frites with skinny frites, duck confit and the Côte dessert speciality, crème caramel. Côte is ideal for a quick business lunch, mid-week dinners with friends, and pre-theatre meals. We guarantee you’ll come back time after time.

Very attentive staff, good food but not the cheapest.

The menu sounds lovely, but from the evidence of what we were served, it is poorly prepared. We had a posh sounding version of a cheese and onion bread as nibbles to start, but what arrived was overcooked. To their credit the restaurant accepted our comment and did not charge for this.

For the main course two of us chose the Cassoulet. It was dry and the meat over cooked, although the taste was good.
