Italian Restaurant in the historical center of Prague
Four Seasons Hotel Prague welcomes you to CottoCrudo, a modern Italian restaurant, bar and lounge in Prague. Located by the Vltava River and entered via Veleslavinova Street, the chic urban setting showcases traditional and authentic Italian dishes with a modern touch.
Working with the best of our seasonal quality ingredients, we offer an extensive menu of Italian and Mediterranean dishes, including fresh seafood, homemade pasta and artisan products from the Piedmont and Tuscany regions of Italy.
Sunday afternoon late lunch whilst visiting Prague. Location is excellent, right in the heart of the city - with lovely views across the river if seated outside. Service was exceptional throughout and very attentive. Menu was excellent and our food was superb. Excellent value and well recommended.
Some excellent food, but the water is overpriced and the waiters interrupt every few minutes to pour more water...
Not cheap but it is worth the price. Simply elegant and classy. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. I will definitely dine there again
Most sophisticated service and picture like beautiful food in Prague.
We are expats, and have tried different restaurant restaurants in city but this restaurant was the best.
The service is outstanding and the food presentation is very nice. However, the seasonal menu did not suit me personally. It was quite tasteless and the food combination was quite weird.
Lovely staff, lovely restaurant. The food was great and we had a really wonderful meal.
Our server ( I think Andre, not sure though sorry ) was super! Very friendly and enthusiastic, he made our Valentine’s dinner super fun and he took really good care of us. The sommelier was super friendly too, sorry I didn’t catch his name but he’s worked in Malta ( our home country ) before and we hit it on well :)
Food was incredible and the pianist was amazing.
Overall we were very very satisfied.
Amazing food and wonderful service. I had the saffron risotto and it was delicious.
The service and the food was amazing, well worth over the price! The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were friendly and efficient.
My expectations were quite high. The restaurant for lunch was pretty empty. The service was OK, but little details were omitted. We had to wait quite long both for pre-course (which was served cold) and mains (we got caprese as apology). Food was excellent otherwise.
As always a very enjoyable visit to one of my favorite restaurants in Prague, excellent quality of food and very pleasant service from highly dedicated and professional staff.
Very accommodating ! Great service
I thought CottoCrudo was great! The service was excellent, and the bread was awesome. The wine list is good, and their options for vegetarians / vegans were great. I thought the food was good, but not amazing.
A highlight meal in the beautiful city of Prague.
The food timing, temperature and presentation were outstanding. It was also incredibly delicious. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. We never felt rushed and always knew what was on the plate. We shared the onsen poached egg (and left a clean dish), tuna & crab as well as crispy scallop (which was a tad overcooked for my taste). For mains I had the herb sea salt sea bass and my friend had artichoke raviolis. Wine prices are a bit escalated comparatively but it really is a special occasion restaurant. Good for business dinners too. A real foodie people pleaser.
Actually had Rum from Cuba. Food was exceptional.
El servicio demasiado lento. Muy poco personal para atender varias mesas. La comida rica pero nada excepcional
CottoCrudo was an amazing experience! Excellent drinks and dining options for every person! The mix between raw food and Italian classics was perfect and sitting outside while admiring Prague lights was the cherry on top!
Very , very good
Beware this is a fine dining restaurant so much more expensive than your traditional Italian! Great service but good food.
Unfortunately a very nicely presented and tasting meal was tarnished by significant delays to food (2 hours to get main, 1.5 to get starters) and two bottles of spoiled wine.
Serving staff were very apologetic and did give us two complimentary glasses of wine to apologise. Notwithstanding their efforts, this was a disappointing experience for what was probably the most expensive restaurant in Prague.
Overall, wonderful service, beautiful decor, and delicious food!
Perfect food and atmosphere, but waiters were wery low level, didnt pay attention to us.
Unfortunately, the Cotto Crudo restaurant did not meet my expectations compared to quality vs. price and expectations. I visited the restaurant to celebrate my aunt's birthday. The visit he restaurant was very embarrassing as the staff did not know about my lunch reservation and spoke to me in English. After Settlement we were serviced by a professional staff. We ordered sea bass, duck breast and veal sirloin. The seabass was presented to us in a herbal-salt crust, but unfortunately it was tasteless and was not salted. The duck breast was not even medium rate and could not be cut. The only meal which I had I could evaluate 1 * was veal sirloin. The restaurant that is trying to got the Michelin star has to work hard to process quality food and appropriate service in the restaurant. The disappointment of our visit was that no one told us goodbye at the exit of the hotel, which is standard not only in a 5 * hotel.
Enjoyable evening with attentive service
Beautiful outdoor setting with great views of the castle - be sure to get there to watch the sun set behind it. Menu varied and catered well to our vegetarian tastes. Service friendly and attentive and food delicious - the desserts were a work of art! Highly recommend if you want a special night in this beautiful city.
We ordered 3 pastas, all ot them were overcooked. We were really disapointed with the quality of the food. It cannt happen in this type of restaurant.
Excellent experience. Highly recommend for a civilized dining experience. Food and ambiance were perfection.
Super nettes und umsichtiges Personal - hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Das Essen war wirklich extrem lecker, die Location sowieso, wir kommen wieder!
Very well run operation. Kudos to David for providing great information about local drinks and food together with excellent table service. I highly recommend the restaurant. Thank you.
Celebrated the day of her husband's birth. Delicious food. Helpful staff. The menu is not big, it is interesting. Pleasantly surprised by a gift from the institution - dessert for his birthday. Highly recommend.... it's delicious. We'll be in Prague, we'll be back.
Excellent wait staff, great table, complementary starters and dessert that were not ordered. Food was outstanding
Superb service, delicious food and a lovely, laid-back atmosphere. Come here to relax and enjoy!
The price was a bit much but the food, service, location, and little extras were worth it.
Top . 10/10.
Continue lIKE this.
Thank you very much
Everything was perfect
This was the best dining experience we had in Prague. Fantastic wine list and the Duck was especially amazing!
Cotto Crudo est le restaurant ayant le meilleur rapport qualité / prix dans lequel j'ai dîné à ce jour.
Étant allergique aux produits de la mer, je n'ai pourtant pas eu de difficulté à trouver mon bonheur.
Food slightly above avg. Can do food allergies. What I didn't care for was waitsstaff having an argument 1 meter from my table...not ok
