I absolutely love this place the vibe the food drinks customer service absolutely great
I forget the gentleman’s name who greeted us but he was phenomenal! Accommodated our party as it grew (people were late) but he mentioned it might be an issue but he’ll try his best and he did! The wait staff is always great. The food and drinks for the value is a can’t miss especially during happy hour. Good time all and all.
Honestly this is the second time I’ve gone And the service was horrible. The first time it was really very busy so I was empathetic that the waitress may have been overwhelmed. However this time we came just as it was closing and the waitress insisted on sitting us in the middle of the floor despite the fact that there were literally no other tables there. We asked if we could be accommodated with a more comfortable space and received a resounding no. This also occurred in spite of the fact that we were the last table to be seated as the establishment was closing. I totally would have understood if they were still actively accepting tables why wouldn’t have been accommodated but this wasn’t the case. Without even asking us if we were ready to order when the waitress finally came back to check on us after a while she immediately launched into a speech about how we needed to place an order immediately before the kitchen closed however we were ready to order. I really do enjoy the food here and it’s quite unfortunate that the last 2 times I have been to this venue I have had to apologize profusely to my guests regarding the service. Honestly the food is good but the service ruins the entire experience. At this point it’s best to do delivery (if they even offer it) or take out because dining in seems to be a nightmare.
My friend had a reservation I made for her at 9:00 Saturday and they told her the kitchen closed after being seated. This was embarrassing and ridiculous because she came all the way from Brooklyn in a $70 uber each way. They ordered food and drinks and they were comped for one drink and nowhere else to go after getting a babysitter. The chef was burned out but a call should have been made to me to let me know ahead of time before wasting over $200. Won’t be back.
