Whether it is street art or classic photography, the greatest musicians of times gone by or the quirkiest collaborations between British musicians and contemporary Latin bands, the COYA Collective will be neither predictable nor one dimensional.

COYA Mayfair Ratings and Reviews
The restaurant called me on Thursday morning to confirm my 9.30 pm reservation. On Thursday evening around 6 pm I had a notification from open table stating my upcoming reservation at 9.30 pm and then I had another one just before 7pm staying my 10.15pm reservation. I immediately called th restaurant and they told me that my reservation was 10.15om. I insisted that it was 9.30 pm and after much arguing they agreed 9.30pm. We arrived at 9.30 and didn't get seated to 9.50 which was pretty annoying. I'd rather they didn't take my reservation unless they are going to honour the time requested.
It was fantastic, we had some friends visiting from NY and we wanted them to try something exotic and classy at the same time. The decoration, the environment, the service and the food were great, the only thing is that I considered the dishes to be very small for the price, but obviously it is a tapas style of cuisine, and it is a high-end place so you must be aware of that and also take into account the location- Mayfair. The live music was a mix of flamenco-rumba fusioning with other styles which made the night even more perfect. Worth to go! I will come back very often, with friends and with clients!
I went to COYA for Sunday brunch with a friend. I'm a vegetarian and lactose intolerant and went there with the hope of being able to remove any dairy items added to some of the vegetarian items. Unfortunately, I was told this can't be done to the main course, however one of the workers, Magda was very kind in explaining the menu and had the kitchen prepare vegetarian lactose free alternatives. Magda went out of her way to ensure I got good value for money and did not leave hungry. Thank you for all your help Magda!
Fun and vibrant with great food. Difficult to hear fellow diners so not great for big groups or intimate conversations. Great for foodies as dishes are shared for the table. Great cocktails and other drinks. We found the following combination great for 2 foodies and would order all again: ceviche trio (sea bass clasico, tuna chifa, corvina with truffles) and ceviche salmon nikkei, tiraditos: pez limon (yellowtail) and atun nikkei (yellowfin tuna), tacos de cangrejo(crab taco), trio de maiz (corn salad), cerdo bao (pulled pork under para picar), and solomillo de res (spicy beef fillet).
What a wonderful evening. The delightful staff who made us feel so at home. An amazing wine choice delivered wonderfully by the semillier. The food was so simple and delicious. Light music that made you drift somewhere beautiful. We will go back for certain.
