Greeted with gorgeous smiles, given best table (they are all the best) with the perfect sunset view. Every bite savory & delicious. Perfect cocktail. Over & a over service by staff & manager. Nothing could make this visit better. Just Magical.

First time here, loved it! Alcohol selection was amazing. Food was just as good. Will definitely go back!

This is the 2nd time we’ve eaten there. Enjoyed it more this time. The pork chop was so tender and tasty.

I had reserved outdoor seating and they sat us indoors in a corner and closed the doors right behind us to the outside😑. Our waiter was super busy and super new. We waited about 10 minutes before we got up to get him. He was very apologetic and took our drink and app order. After the next drink order, we ordered dinner. 30 minutes later he asked us if we needed anything and i asked him if he put our food order in. He didn’t remember...we weren’t in a rush or anything so it was alright, but he had not put it in. When dinner came, it was fantastic! So, all in all it was ok, i just think things were a little off that night. I will go back, but hope the logistics work out a little better.

I don’t see any managers or supervisors. Mostly college aged kids and they were “hanging out” and still hand my gotten the restaurant situated from the evening prior. We came for brunch. Tables were dirty. They were still vacuuming when open and getting dressed and doing their hair. And talking about their weekend. Bad service and odd experience.

The food is always outstanding here. Our only complaint, and this is the second time we've been, is the service is meh. We've had the same waitress both times, she is always in a hurry, and we have to tell her hey we'd like to order food not just drinks. She is like a ninja in checking on you and vanishing before you can even ask for a refill or food. Honestly if they would slow down and ask... it would go a long way. One night was a Saturday another was a slow Tuesday, same experience both days, so it isn't because she was busy, it just apparently is how she was trained. Hopefully we'll get a new waitress the next time.

Fresh food. Nice portions - not too big, not too small. Lovely decor. It is crowded - no social distancing if that is of concern for you. I will go again.

Great atmosphere and food

Arrived at 7:24 pm for out 7:30 reservation. Hostess rudely advised us that we would not be seated until our reservation time and was dismissive. We probably should have gone with our first impression and left. Once we were seated, the waiter informed us that he would put our drink order in but that it would take a long time to get our drinks. He was right, it took 30 minutes to get our drink. Two different excuses were given - the computer was running slow and they were out of glasses. Appetizer (deviled eggs) were bland and unimpressive. Entrees were tasty but food was cold. They seemed to be completely overwhelmed, and we left feeling underwhelmed!

We went right the weekend after the big snow/ice storm & we expected there to be issues with food availability & being packed (the place was swamped) but there really wasn't any major issues...they were doing the best they could & it showed...love this place...the staff is always so great & friendly & the food is very good!

We eat at Craft and Cine fairly regularly, but I don’t think we’ll be back based on our most recent experience. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks, which is pretty extreme. After 20 minutes, we received an explanation about a problem at the bar, but then another 20 minutes went by and still no drinks. Staff was apologetic but I got the feeling the restaurant was significantly understaffed for the weekend crowd. Probably won’t risk being so disappointed again - there are too many restaurants who care about their customers to waste time here.

This is a great place for appetizers and drinks. Very classy ambience. Great selection of beers and wines.

This is such a charming place. It sports modern decor with a cozy vibe; plus outdoor seating on a 3rd-story patio. The service is next-to-none and I can’t say enough about the food. I highly recommend. This place won’t disappoint.

Just slow bar service

Meal was fine. I thought the pricing was a little high for the quality of food but overall we enjoyed. We had a late reservation but it was still fairly crowded. I think beer selections are better than the wine selections (in my opinion).

We love Craft & Vine! Favorite local place to enjoy dinner out. We love everything we’ve had here. :) Jeremy was a warm, friendly & helpful server!

Always consistently great food. We were interested in how they flavored their bourbons and the head bartender came to our table and was so lovely. She explained how she did her infusions and how she creates new cocktails. It was overall an exceptional evening.

If I could give them more stars, I would click away all night! Craft & Vine was the best dining experience that I have had in my 3 years living in North Texas. Everything about this restaurant makes for the perfect night. It is tucked away on the 3rd floor in a downtown Roanoke building. The view at night is so pretty! We had a table next to a large window AND the fireplace. The decor, the music, the lighting...it was all perfect! I would highly recommend Craft & Vine for a much needed, intimate date night or anniversary dinner. The food menu wasn't huge, but the beverage menu seemed endless! I had the Forever Summer Martini and it was so juicy and flavorful! I would highly recommend it! For dinner, I chose the Brussels sprouts and the smoked brisket eggrolls. Both were delicious. I just wish that the eggrolls came with some type of slaw to pair with it. The brisket has such a Smokey flavor - it was perfect! For dessert, I had the chocolate raspberry decadence. YUM! I don't know what else to say...if you're a chocolate lover, then it will definitely hit the spot!

I've heard about Craft & Vine for quite some time and I am sure glad that I was finally able to experience it. What a wonderful establishment. It fits the vibe of Roanoke oh so well!
