Food and service was great. Would definitely recommend.
Great food but some meals on menu not available hence the 4 star rating. We were there late so maybe that is understandable. Food ordered was fab and great value though. Staff are lovely and very attentive.
Everything was till perfection service food absolutely beautiful. Only thing I thought the portions were small
Very friendly staff and affordable food that was well portioned
The staff at crafty hound are a great bunch. Very polite from the moment you walk in the door until you are leaving. We got the option to sit outside but wanted to sit inside because it was cooler, the host recommended outside seating in a shaded area and it was lovely. Also the food was gorgeous, those chunky chips are to die for ❤️
The food and drinks were outstanding but we were left waiting for service for a prolonged time and were not informed about the drinks promo’s
A lovely visit as always, great food, drinks and service!
Lovely evening and great food at the crafty hound, will definitely be back.
Great we place to go! Service was top notch great little reserved seating area for our night out. 10/10 thank you.
Excellent food and service as always. Good menu, reasonable and nice atmosphere.
The food was very tasty with decent portion sizes. The staff were all very friendly and the service was very efficient. Will definitely be back
Good was delicious as always, lovely friendly very pleasant
Food was amazing service was fine good wee area to sit in the good weather for a drink after dinner will most definitely be back
Clean. Good food. Pleasant staff. Will definitely be back.
Great food, great value, very friendly and welcoming, staff excellent
Took the family for Sunday dinner and it's was beautiful. Perfect size portions. Gorgeous food. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was served quickly.
Food was lovely but portions not very big, especially the dessert.
Good was very good but there is not a big selection on the menu. It was not very busy when we were there and they seemed to have plenty of staff working which made it annoying the service was so slow. When we got the attention of a waiter to order a drink he couldn't take the order said he would get someone to come and when we eventually got to order it took 13 minutes for it to arrive.
We had a lovely evening at the Crafty Hound. The food was delicious, as were the cocktails. The staff that served us were good craic too and managed to get us a table outside so we could enjoy the weather.
Firstly, the staff were very friendly and reasonably efficient. They definitely added positively to the experience.
The food was delicious, especially the wild onion and thyme soup.
The most negative point is that the chef, while very good, has an obvious love of using garlic, which is fine if you like garlic. Unfortunately, my companion doesn't, which severely restricted her choice from the menu.
The ambience is very good although I still wonder why we were placed at a table right beside another full table, when there were many others free, which were never occupied at all during our visit (we were the last to leave).
Value for money for an out of city restaurant was okay, not fantastic but not a rip off either.
Lastly, the Irish Coffee was perfect, with real cream and not that sickly sweet aerosol stuff that so many other establishments insist on using. 10/10 to The Crafty Hound.
Overall, I would happily recommend The Crafty Hound and would certainly return.
Beautiful meal. I would recommend the Blade of Beef!!! Deelish!!!! Lovely friendly welcome, food was hot, service great Will definitely return.
A very relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent and staff very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Excellent service from all the staff. Food was excellent
Good choice on menu and good quality delicious food. Staff were very good.
Fabulous food, never let's you down. Professional friendly staff.
Really great meal! It was a work night out, and even though we had a large group the food was brought out in a good time and was very tasty! Waiters were lovely and polite, and very attentive, definitely recommend for a great atmosphere and yummy food
Turned up early but was still taken to our table... quick service, staff great, food fantastic as normal... and good value for money.. and in our doorstep.. highly recommended...
Food was Lovley and server was so polite helped us very quickly. Booked a table 12 and we’re seated to 10 so was bit of a squeeze
Lovely lunch out with a friend, service was great and food was delicious.

Got up & left total disgrace 😡
